The average Nigerian is a miracle seeker. the most successful con in Nigeria is done through religion. Just mention God and the average Nigerian drops his guard.It must have been the easiest target for those con men. They are mentalist who know how to drive their marked to the direction they want.

Miracle churches are filled to the brim every Sunday that you would think thats the only place of worship.People would rather fast and pray than actually work. Mr Op ,you were gullible and fell for a religious con ,but dont be dismayed, there are people who dont even know they are still being conned till now, they have and are still being milked by their con men of god.

I see him more as a life coach and motivational speaker who used the church as a platform to get to the top. Followed experience on TV and I saw no difference with a secular regular show. Secular comedians in the church entertaining supposed born again heaven bound Christians. Will there be comedians in heaven? I have come to realize that many churches for naija na hustle. I worship my God in my heart, pray to God in my closet and try to lead a good life. Jesus only is my role model.

Even though I'm a born again Christian, The viral video of those young girls and boys showed that the church has failed. Instead of preaching salvation and condemning immoralities, our churches and pastors are interested in preaching prosperity, tithes and offerings. Every message is based on financial returns for churces and their criminal G.O'S. Cases like this are predominant in the south despite the high concentration of churches. How many muslims will you find partaking in such immorality? Muslims girls are well groomed, covered in decent dressings yet we Christians see their ways as primitive. When organizations like Muric lambast we Christians for our hypocrisy we ignore the message and begin to demonize Islam. Even though I condemn rape, events like this makes me ashamed of being a Christian. In my next life i will never join Christianity

From experience been in Port Harcourt, some churches have really become a laughing stock, high service, first 20 best tithers and several partnership followers displaced on Church TV screen, hypocrisy etc, all to financially cripple the gullible followers. Imagine my church pastor displaying the first highest 20 money contributors to church several Partners (Healing School, monthly publications etc) and the Pastor telling the rest populated members that no one should feel sad if his or her name is not include. What this means that you are not really contributing to God's kingdom. All for the money and not leading the people to salvation.

Another laughable experience is when l travel to visit my parents in Edo state last month. I travel to neighboring village with my Father and returned back by 6pm and couldn't attend the mid week service, my pastor call me after the service and met with me to discuss the preparation for the church forthcoming mini program as planned, only for him to tell me that I have to pay my offering for today service. I told him how will l pay offering when I did not attend today mid-week church service. He said I have to pay Ooo, didn't I know he usually prepare report to regional Church quarter every week and I was shocked. Meaning, I must pay offering every service which is good but must not be made compulsory. One will be scare of not going to worship God without money in his or her pocket. very Bad
