Business › Re: Danger Of MMM We Lost Close To 18 Million Naira by jpphilips(m): 11:52am On Sep 01, 2016*. Modified: 7:22pm On Jan 21, 2018 |
[quote author=godwinstringed1 post=48975506] MMM has over 10 safety nets which will never make it crash. And you Never notice But I will mention 10 out of them. What you explained is not a safety net, permit me to break it down for you.
*1, Pause mode*
This process is applied when the numbers of the people getting help is greater than the people help. The system will pause the GH transactions and allow more PH to come into the system for the duration of 2 and half months, then the system will now restart.
PH means provide help and the GH means get help You just confirmed that the system lacks the ability to generate its funds hence rob Peter to pay Paul, since when has robbing Peter to pay Paul become a buisness model? in the real world it is called a Ponzi scheme.
*2, 14 days defrost*
The participants will not be able to withdraw their money until after 14 days when the payments have been confirmed. During this process, more PH would have come into the system therefore there would be pool of cash to pay the old participants. Rightly put, there will come a time when there will be more Paul than Peter hence, the need to chill for more unsuspecting Peters to join in other to be robbed for Paul's sake, brilliant huh!!
*3, Extension of GH hours*
this occur when there is a public holidays when the banks are not working therefore, there won't be transaction and it may cause the problem to the system. The system will now extend the hours of the people who are getting help at that period to allow more People providing help into the system. This is exactly the window required for your money to disappear trust me on that. (Its christmas and their funds are gone)
*4, Help seeking from neighboring country*
When there are more GH than PH in a country, MMM will look into the other countries which are doing well and match them together, pending the time that the affected country will be OK. This must be a joke right? where do you think you are? New world order with one global currency? Let us presume you are not joking, if your money leaves Nigeria to fund a venture in war torn syria, Libya or Sudan, your risk level has just tripled, even a child knows that. How can you call that a safety net?
*6, No central account attached*
MMM does not have a certain account that we are sending to. MMM doesn't collect your money. In that case, you have lost your ability to hold anybody responsible should your money disappear, it is like giving a loan without collateral to someone you don't know, Madoff wouldn't be doing 150yrs jail time if he had this strategy, poor him!! *7, Peer to peer system*
Participants pay directly to the bank account of the other participants seeking help Every Ponzi scheme has a backdoor, first the company is registered as a shell company, a mere portfolio company with no physical presence except a Shell address, the shell company spins a payment system with so many individual's details making you think you are dealing with real people while you are dealing with a computer generated payment processing instrument. once they buy your trust and you throw in serious Liquidity, the system will shut down and your money gone!! Even when you are allowed to speak with real people, you are merely speaking to one of them, it is a huge racket How is that a safety net?
There are GH accounts that will never PH, the system has a way to match those accounts when there are more PH than GH. That is how Pascal Anyigbo is stealing your money.
Furthermore, the money you paid to the GH guys are termed "donations" by law, donations are "non refundable" and does not attract interest. so when you are scammed, who did you give your money? the guy you called right? what did the bank record say? you made a "donation". Are you supposed to get a refund for a donation example tithe? Are you supposed to demand for interest on a donation?
Your so called safety net is one that you voluntarily donated your hard earned wealth to charity with the hope of making interest? wow!! Your IQ must be in the neighbourhood of tire pressure, trust me.
*8, Guider's efforts*
Guiders are the heartbeat of MMM, guiders make sure each and everyone in MMM understand the Ideology of MMM and how it works The so called MMM guiders have very low IQ, how do you expect such person to guide anyone? Everything I wrote here is completely new to most dumbos that call themselves guiders. The so called guiders are the first victim of the scam how do you expect them to save you? to believe you called a victim "safety net" is where you need a brain transplant.
*10, Website upgrades and security*
MMM spends million of dollars in taking care of their website to curb online fraud in MMM, such as scam and other Threats. And they do that all for free? They make their money from accounts that never give help but recieve help. Please Donate your brain to charity and stop disgracing mankind, the Hyenas are laughing at us. With your very low IQ, I have no doubt your worth in Libya is 50 cents |

Nkem4040: It wasn't a grenade launcher per se, but the Biafrran military re-engineered the ogbunike into an unknown technology that they refused to disclose till this day. It was done in such a way that the damage will ignite a chain reaction and evidently catastrophic. Yes the guy you replied is right in the casualty, though I think it was more. It was the most deadly military loss ever encountered by the Nigerian military. I mean thousands of Nigerian military personnel and hundreds of armoured vehicles entering Abagana in a convoy in excess of 50km stretch were incinerated, and most died instantly. How Muritila Mohammad and his crew escaped, remains a mystery. This attack was led by Hannibal of Biafrra General Joe Achuzia in an operation code-named HEROSHIMA.
We don't lie here, we provide evidence; pictures or video. The video is on youtube...here is direct video excerpt of the event. http://www.tubechop.com/watch/8295930 You guys make me laugh, Murtala fvcked up by putting a petrol laden tanker in front of his convoy, and behind. Ogbunigwe hit the tanker and its contents bathe the convoy which resulted in an inferno that incinerated the soldiers. Murtala was not immediately relieved of his command because of that incident. I wonder where you guys get all these clap trap from. |

kettykin: The ogbunigwe is my favourite of all biafran weapons, this weapon was used by an unknown major jonathan uchendu to wipe out the entire 2nd division of the nigerian army on march 31 1968, killing more than 5900 soldiers of the army leaving murtala mohammed and a few soldiers to narrowly escape after which murtala mohammed proceeded on a self imposed exile to Britain where he was a until the end of the war.
This weapon was purely a biafran invention and has no western world replica The Abagana Massacre you just narrated killed 200 Nigerian soldiers. Unless you are implying that Murtala Mohammed commanded a division during the war. That is pure hog wash. By the way, that Artillery is not the Ogbunigwe, the Ogbunigwe is made with iron buckets. |

judondasylva: "Their hate for President Goodluck Jonathan justifies the suffering in the land. Recession matters not. Hunger matters not. Loss of jobs matters not. Polio matters not. Making a mess of the naira matters not. Fulani herdsmen matter not. High cost of foodstuffs matters not. Chibok matters not. We have men consumed by their hate for Jonathan and it matters not if Nigeria burns" – Prince Henry Nwazuruahu Shield, Facebook, August 11, 2016. How right Prince Shield is. His contribution is not only courageous but also insightful and profound. The Buharists and the "lying liars" are blinded by their hate for Jonathan and for those of us that have chosen to stand by him. It is so bad that if their wives were made pregnant by another man they would say that it was Jonathan that was responsible. Yet their record of governance is clear and there for all to see. In one year and two months of President Buhari and his APC's "Mai Chanji", Nigeria has become a very different place to what it was before. Our nation has, so to speak, really been ''transformed". A few examples will suffice. One year two months ago, we were the largest producer of oil in Africa but thanks to "Mai Chanji", that is no longer the case. One year and two months ago, we were the number one destination for foreign investment in Africa but thanks to "Mai Chanji", that is no longer the case. One year and two months ago, we were the largest economy in Africa but thanks to "Mai Chanji", that is no longer the case. Sadly it gets worse. In the space of one year and two months, the naira has depreciated from N160 Naira to $1 United States Dollar (USD) to N410 Naira to $1 USD. If there is no change in fiscal and monetary policy anytime soon, there is a consensus amongst economic and fiscal experts that by Christmas the Naira would have depreciated to, at best, N500 Naira to $1 USD. One year and two months ago, Nigerians could buy a bag of rice for N8000 but today, they are paying N20,000 naira for that same bag of rice. As Pastor Reno Omokri, a former aide to President Jonathan said, if the minimum wage is N18,000 naira, where are the people meant to get the money to buy rice and other basic food commodities for their families? In one year and two months graduate and non-graduate unemployment has soared, banks and companies are retrenching, manufacturers are closing their factories and plants, industries are collapsing, farmers are complaining and businessmen and traders are crying. That is "Mai Chanji" for you. Yet it gets worse. One year and two months ago, we were generating 5000 megawatts of power for the electrical grid but today, we are generating less than 2000 megawatts. Again, one year and two months ago, we were making large sums of money from the export of our crude oil but today, oil production has been reduced by one third and we we are importing crude oil and refined products from the neighbouring nations of Niger and the Republic of Chad. One year and two months ago, the Nigerian Stock Exchange was recovering and on the rise and our banking sector was flourishing and liquid. Today, the Stock Exchange has lost 1.6 trillion naira in the last 14 months and our banks have become nothing but weak and barren money-lender stalls and pawn shops. That is "Mai Chanji" for you. In one year and two months, our Air Force, once the pride of Afrcan skies, has been reduced to nothing but a cow and sheep recovery agency. In one year and two months, our army, once one of the most professional, feared, disciplined and respected in Africa, has been turned into a civilian-killing machine which, on several occasions, has been unleashed on the very people that they are paid to be protecting. Just to give one example, earlier this year, they slaughtered over 1000 innocent Shiite Muslims in the streets of Zaria simply because they blocked a road; they worship God in a different manner to others and they are not Sunni Muslims. That is real "Mai Chanji" for you. Again, it doesn't stop there. In one year and two months, Boko Haram has redefined itself, resurrected from the dead and acquired new, more dangerous and more sophisticated leaders and weapons. They have also established two equally ruthless factions and come back bigger, stronger and more deadly than ever before. Gosh, don't you just love "Mai Chanji"? In one year and two months, well-armed government-sponsored and government-protected Fulani militias, who pose as herdsmen, are raping and killing innocent and defenceless Nigerians in the farms and towns of the Middle Belt and the South. In one year and two months, the majority of Nigerians have been cowered into silence out of fear of persecution and trepidation of being locked up indefinately by Buhari's gestapo. That is "Mai Chanji" for you. In one year and two months, we have been turned from a democracy where the freedom of speech once reigned and where the criticism of the president and the government was welcome and even encouraged, into a totalitarian police state where the press is muzzled, judges are muscled and legislators are threatened and docked. One year and two months ago, judges were reverred, court orders were honoured and respected in the land and the rule of law prevailed. Today court orders are violated and treated with contempt and impunity; the rule of law has been reduced to an inconsequential and empty mantra and members of the Judiciary are threatened with criminal investigation, media trials and public witchunts, infantile probes and baseless criminal prosecutions if they do not play ball and do the bidding of the security agencies and the executive. That is real "Mai Chanji" for you. One year and two months ago, Nigeria had a cerebal, world-class and outstanding Minister of Finance and a flourishing economy, but today we have a cockney-accented, hackney-eyed Minister of Finance, who is not only struggling but who is also clearly out of her depth and our economy is "officially in recession". One year and two months ago, President Goodluck Jonathan, his government and indeed the people of Nigeria were desperately looking for the Chibok girls and the Obi Ezekwesili and Hadiza Usman-led 'Bring Back Our Girls' campaign was in full swing, marching, demonstrating and criticising the government every day for not finding them. Today, the Chibok girls have more or less been abandoned and forgotten. President Muhammadu Buhari appears to be indifferent to their plight, the search for them has ground to a halt and the 'Bring Back Our Girls' campaign has gone into a deep coma whilst some of its leaders have been pacified and settled with juicy political appointments. That is "Mai Chanji" for you. Up until one year and two months ago, a great and illustrious son of Nigeria and a man who was a great source of pride to African football by the name of Stephen Keshi was honoured and celebrated by his president and government on behalf of the people of Nigeria. Yet one year and two months later when he passed on and when his family needed all the comfort and support that they could get, our "Mai Chanji" President and government did not give him a state burial, did not participate in his funeral and did not see it fit to honour him in death. That is how encouraging and supportive "Mai Chanji" is. Four years ago, our sportsmen and women went to the London Olympics with their heads held up high and with all the kit and resources that they needed but today, our sportsmen and women at the Rio Olympics have been begging foreigners and Nigerians alike on the Internet for transportion, food, clothes and their allowances. That is " Mai Chanji" for you. Mynd44 and lalasticlala food is ready.
http://odili.net/news/source/2016/aug/16/513.html Our economy was heading this way since 2014, regardless who the president is, everything you wrote will still happen. stop distracting Nigerians from your corruption trial, we are not so buying it. All our oil producing competitors are suffering the same thing, did they vote for change too? please go and hide. The suffering was made worse by Jonathan's poor political choices and lack of political will, I am sure you dont know that economic melt down is worse than low crude price yet Obasanjo's savings saved uf from its heat, The more you undermine the role your master Jonathan played in getting us in this mess the more you look comical. |

I say opulence because Nigerians are known world over for being big spenders and yet we have such an alarming level of poverty.
When I say the people should be living better I'm speaking about every region not only the Niger Delta. From the slums of Makoko to the mud huts of Katsina. We have too many resources that are being siphoned and squandered by a few. Host communities should always be reimbursed. Even in Niger state where the children die from lead poisoning in the water from gold exploration. I'm for the compensation all. Politics › Re: Reasons Why Africa Should Embrace Socialism Inorder To Develop. by jpphilips(m): 12:51pm On Aug 26, 2016 |
Adaure4ever: AFRICA IS IN REVOLT. From East to West, from North to South, the peoples of this great Continent are arising to claim their birthright that has been stolen. The imperialist Powers and the White minorities are being forced to give up the land and the natural resources. Africans are uniting in powerful national liberation movements and trade unions. .... The imperialists are trying to prolong their rule. They send soldiers to shoot down the people. They try to bribe the people's leaders. When that does not work they arrest and deport them on framed-up charges. They invent faked 'treason' charges and 'massacre' plots. They promise half independence, or self-government on the instalment plan.
....
These methods cannot succeed. Africa is on the march for freedom, her people are awake, and nothing can stop them from reaching their goal: government of Africa by Africans for Africans. The imperialist powers must quit Africa. The White minorities must accept the condition of equality and give up their ill-gotten privileges. .... What shape will the new Africa take? Will it be capitalist, like Western Europe and America? Or socialist, like Eastern Europe, the Soviet Union and China ? That is something the peoples of this Continent will have to answer for themselves. It is a big question. .... Let us look at the two systems. TWO SYSTEMS We know capitalism in Africa. We have seen it and suffered under it. Under capitalism, the land, the natural resources and the industries, built up by the hands of the workers, belong to private owners or companies. Each owner is producing not for the public good but for his private profit. He pays as little wages as he can and wants to take as much as possible for himself. Take a capitalist who is making shoes in a factory. He is not worried about the people who are barefoot. He wants to make a lot of money and get rich. All the profit he makes comes out of the exploitation of the workers, for all value comes from labour. Capitalism means the exploitation of man by man. ..... Socialism is different. All the means of production - the land, the mines, factories and so on - belong to the Government as a whole. Production is planned. The aim is to see that everyone gets good food to eat, clothes to wear, houses to live in. The aim of production and of society, is to see that people are happy and comfortable, that they are highly educated and cultured. The worker knows that no capitalist profits from his labour. Government Own All Industries, Companies and Services in the country. Example, All phones that will be used in Nigeria will be produced by a govt. Phone industry in Abuja.. Nothing like a foreign phone companies like Tecno or Samsung etc. The country goes ahead quickly because development is properly planned. Socialism means the abolition of exploitation. .... Experience has proved that socialism is the most suitable method of quickly developing countries which are economically backward. ..... In ten short years, socialism and Communist leadership have transformed China from a land of terrible backwardness, illiteracy and poverty, to a land of flourishing industry and agriculture, of advanced education and progress. India and China won freedom from imperialist rule at about the same time. But India chose the capitalist road; China the socialist road. Today China has far outstripped India in economic progress. .... WHY THE WESTERN IMPERIALISTS HATE SOCIALISM IN AFRICA. If Africa kicks out Capitalism and embrace socialism. 1. There will be a fast rise in Local made products by Govt. Industries. 2. Multinationals who are with imperalist mission will be kicked out. 3. Diversification of Economy is a Sure Certainty in Socialism. 4. The gap between the Rich and the Poor will be Drawn close. 5. Importation of many foreign products will stop. 6. Value of Currency will be strong. 7. Employment opportunities will skyrocket. I can go on and on. Africa countries like Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana etc should give Socialism a chance. - Adaure4ever. Socialism when your corruption is astronomical? Didn't you hear that China had a death sentence for corruption before Socialism worked? You guys should do more studying before rushing to open uninformed threads. |

emmalezy: In a recent statement, former president Jonathan said he handed over the best Nigerian government, and the largest economy in Africa to president Buhari. Read other things he said after the cut...
“I took over a Nigeria that was the second largest economy in Africa with a GDP of $270.5 billion in 2009, I handed over a Nigeria that had grown to become the largest economy in Africa and the 24th largest economy in the World, with a GDP of $574 billion.
I inherited a Nigeria in which the trains were not working, and handed over a Nigeria in which citizens can safely travel by trains again.
I inherited a Nigeria that was a net importer of cement, and handed over a Nigeria that is a net exporter of cement.
In 2009, the richest Nigerian was the 5th richest man in Africa, but I handed over a Nigeria that produced the richest man in Africa.
The former President stated that democracy will continue to grow in the African continent if leaders value the process of elections more than the product of the process.
Even in the 2015 general elections in my country, Nigeria, there was potential for major crisis if I was not a President duly elected by the will of the people.
The campaigns leading to the elections almost polarized the country into Christian vs Muslims and North vs South divide. Most World leaders were worried that our elections will result into major crisis.
Some pundits even from here in the United States said that those elections would spell the end of Nigeria and that we would cease to exist as a nation because of the polls.
That is where the leadership question comes into play. As a leader that was duly elected by the people, I considered the people’s interest first.
How do I manage my people to avoid killings and destruction of properties?
With the interest of the people propelling all the decisions I took, we were able to sail through.
Indeed, we sail through because I refused to interfere with the independence of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, having appointed a man I had never met in my life to run it. My philosophy was simple. For elections to be credible, I as a leader, must value the process more than the product of the process. And the citizens must have confidence in the electoral body”.

I just want my people to live better lives. The amount of suffering in the midst of oppulance is startling. Our country is too rich for the people to be so impoverished. Because I don't understand why you woke up from your bad dream to jump at me, mr intelligible man with high IQ.......................... If you don't know how assets sales improve liquidity, what are you doing in this section precisely? |

magicminister: Why does the CBN sell forex to the parallel market but refuse to sell to banks?
Why is subsidy payments made in dollar - Which runs in Billions, estacode paid in dollars and government travels/itinerary made in dollars but a Nigerian student schooling abroad cannot access dollars for their use?
How the cbn is stopping essential needs category from accessing the much needed forex?
I really do not understand the cbn policies and how it will protect Nigerian Naira but the effect is really biting hard on my business. My sibling got dropped from his registered courses cos he wasn't able to meet up with the required payment before the deadline.
I tried to send some funds to him today through western union but they refused to do it cos the cbn ordered them to stop!!
My knowledgeable people, i wish to be educated cos i am about to go coo.
My business has suffered greatly in ways you can't imagine! I don't know what you do and how you do it but you know very little of your problems, what you wrote here is no where close to your problem. The cbn have accredited banks that bid for forex in the money market, the banks sell to BDCs though some capitalized BDCs are allowed to bid. so you are wrong with your insinuation, just get yourself an accredited bank. Subsidy payments are done in naira even the forex differential component is remitted in naira as well so I do not understand what you are saying. You expect Estacode to be paid in naira? where will you spend it outside the country or you dont know what Estacode means? what you should ask is for the reduction in government entourage to minimise amount of Estacode to be earned. CBN is restricting its forex exposures because it doesn't have enough, so when next you hear that a pipeline is vandalised, understand that a Nigerian child has been deprived foreign travel. This is the time for all businesses with foreign exchange exposure to be in deep sh!t including mine, wailing over it wont solve anything neither will blaming buhari, however the prediction of your situation today was made in April 2014, most people made efforts to reduce their exposures waiting for today. You want to blame Buhari for not being proactive in your own business? |

labamo07: Wait!!! did I just read lease or sell government properties to raise funds. Some bleeping dudes' pocket is about to be enriched again............ How about the government sacking workers to raise funds or increasing taxation, the government chose an easier way out by disposing its assets and you are talking rubbish. How do you cross a major road with this unimaginable low IQ,? im curious |

LoveMachine: You've missed my point because you want to argue. Militancy and aggression from the armed forces is futile. Physical confrontation is only a lasting resolution if genocide is the goal. Any survivors will have animosity.
What needs to occur is legit development and honest negotiations.
I'm not talking about Dasukigate. Im talking about the Niger Delta that feeds the national coffers and yet suffers. I'm talking about the people who have crude in their streams but no PMS at their pumps. If they even have gas stations.
A people who have been pushed to the wall will behave in ways that the next man could never fathom. I'm praying for peace because they are not playing any games in the creeks. People come online and spout off jokes as if these guys haven't already dented our yearly revenue. It can get downright tragic if they so choose. Diplomacy is the best way forward for all.
Gov't must set pride aside and make it right. All the tough talk is useless. There is no peace anywhere in the world, peace does not necessarily represent absence of conflict. |

You hate that Nigeria is using Alpha Jets but you love Goodluck Jonathan who used Nigerian army funds as personal ATM. |

codemaniacs: its only a matter of time before they turn lagos to syria.... teenubu should have rejected any offer to build refinery in lagos, he should have told the fola guy to keep quiet... honestly, the security situation of lagos in the coming years may end up been very bad.
they have already practiced in Ikorodu.... the SW needs to be watchful and protective, cos the f:ulani 9ja army will obey the colonial masters.. You forgot that the SW have Ilajes, they are the ones disturbing the SW, it won't be as bad as the Niger delta because the SW people are wiser. |

orunto27: Denomination Weapon is the Singular most Powerful Instrument of a CBN Governor to control Inflation. Soludo understood this and had free hand under OBJ to use it. Lamido confused it and Emefiele is too wavery and ambiguous to fathom. PMB is surrounded by nonchallant sycophants and he himself doesn't care about Democracy. Once the Forex Inflow, that is, money from oil into the Foregn Reserves or the CBN; money from sales of all exports of Goods and forex and commissions earned from services rendered with and without the Country are known and controlled by CBN, INFLATION AND DIVERSIFICATION will be controllable by CBN. So let all forex go into our foreign reserves and DMBs and the DMBs make regular returns weekly to CBN. Let BDCs source all Forex from DMBs at the official rate and sell to end-users at not more than 2% commission already allowed them by CBN. Redenomination sounds like the economic proposal of Ben murray Bruce, someone with 11b naira at his disposal yet could not run a cinema effectively and you take his word for it? Soludo is an economics guru, the fact he proposed it in 2004/2006 does not mean it is still a valid arguement. In Soludo's era it could have worked for obvious reasons, but now, it will render us impotent.
I heard BMB's message where he mentioned Ghana and the Turkish Lira, I couldn't hold Laughter, that guy is as empty as his debts, he doesn't understand nada, he is only capitalizing on his media advantage just like Nnamdi kanu did with Radio Biafra.
We have more to lose re denominating than we have to gain, Nigeria's 2004 economic landscape is different from now. |
