Ulunne777: You are living in a bubble. Are you aware that the Lagos/Ibadan expressway Media controls whatever news they wouldn't want to get out so as not to affect their economy let me tell you a whole lot of bad things are happening there .don't start abeg!
Where did 1 million boys originate from?
And where are the 1 million boys today? How long did they even last? How many people saw them?
Lagos also has security challenges but it's wrong to suggest that saying it's safer than most parts of Nigeria is a creation of the "Lagos-Ibadan expressway media".
Eteka1: The power sector holds the keys to Nigerian industrial and economic development. Unfortunately, successive governments have not been able to make it work.
Tinubu Should save Nigeria by putting Wike in Charge of the power sector. It Appears that Wike knows how to get the job done, there's no argument about that.
It's a good recommendation. Having him on a mission impossible should get him to quieten a bit and focus.
Shagari only won due to the monolithic North then. All of northern voters voted him and then there was an alliance with Azikiwe’s party which was why Alex Ekwueme became Vice President.
This is NOT correct.
Wazari Ibrahim and Aminu Kanu were easily among the most popular politicians around, so the Northern vote was split between NPN, GNPP and PRP. Shagari relied on votes from the south to clinch it, especially what we now call the South South. In fact, it was because of his complete route of places like Cross River that Joseph Wayas was made the Senate President.
Life is like a vapour! Here today and Gone tomorrow. The breath in us in not in our power, title or position.
There is really no big deal in death as this world is home to no one . Leaving this Sinking world without a Genuine relationship with JESUS CHRIST is the big deal. You don't wanna wish that for even hour Enemy.
Hope he Repented from this his neither here nor there christianity and made Proper peace with the LORD JESUS CHRIST before he kicked the bucket.
Xannadu: Don't know which is more confusing: the situation on ground or the tradition itself that enables it. How do you divorce someone 3 times in 1 day? Because in my mind I'm picturing "I divorce you" "will you marry me?" "Yes" then "I divorce you" "will you marry me?" "Yes" and again "I divorce you finally."
That's not what it means.
You're simply required to say "I divorce you. I divorce you. I divorce you." And you're no longer a couple. That's Islamic law.
ribbit: south south is holding almost same number of political positions as south west in the south.
South east is irrelevant in the scheme of things. They have small population of hateful people..
No one really cares about them like that.
Una dey crase for this app, I swear!
And no, SS is not holding a similar number of posts to SW. Certainly President Tinubu has been unfair to SS as he's been to SE. Even Mr Sunday Dare's now discredited list shows that. Mr Omokri's list shows it too.
kunle4toyeyaho: out of 11 judges recently elevated to supreme court, by Tinubu, southeast alone got 3 slots. Southeast had no representation at supreme court after the death of justice Nweze until PBAT became president. An Igbo man is presently the Chief of Naval staff, ihejirika was the last Igbo man to be a service chief. If these are not fairness to southeast, what is it?
And what of the SS? Not a part of Nigeria? Anyway, I was commenting on the list Mr Omokri compiled to show President Tinubu is fair. If you have a more comprehensive list that includes judicial appointments and that you think is more representational, post it and I'll look at it with interest.

HenryWilliams: By dialogue.. The West wanted Ukraine to face Russia so they could use that ploy to attack Russia via Proxy. The stupid Zelensky, due to naivety or just plain stupidity committed his country into a senseless war with Russia, banking on Western Support. The whole NATO combined can't defeat Russia.. Zelensky was just idiotic and his country paid the price.. You're going about looking for billions of dollars in Weapons from US which was given freely..now a new landlord has come..he wants value for his money..you can't repay it so he takes your solid minerals in exchange ultimately selling your country into slavery for the next 300 years.. meanwhile the same enemy you were propped up to fight hasn't retreated o..he's still there..collecting more land and territory..US is not interested in facing Russia so they both sat down to decide Ukraine's fate without Ukraine in the meeting...talk about see finish.
Seems my memory is fuzzy, but I thought it was Russia that attacked Ukraine? The West pushed or tricked Putin into doing it? Ukraine should have started dialogue at that point? What of the weeks leading up to the invasion when Western leaders like Macron kept begging Putin not to attack and Zelensky kept calling the Kremlin (until they stopped taking his calls) to try to tell them anything they needed to hear to prevent the attack?
Avedonn: This is a needless war that Ukraine could have avoided. Now, many of its citizens have been killed, the country lies in ruins, and its economy is in shambles.
Ukraine can never defeat Russia in this conflict, a fact the U.S. understands, which explains its reluctance to fully support the war effort. It’s like expecting Chad or Benin Republic to defeat Nigeria in an open war which is impossible.
atoliman: You should go to prison or get locked up for 5 yrs. I guarantee you that all your bad habits will stop.
Op, this might actually work. You can try a victimless crime - like burst into a bank with a toy gun and threaten to shoot everyone if they don't fill your bag with cash. Should net you 5 years.
More seriously though, you should try addiction counselling.
