Shut the phuck up. There was no cannibalism. The locals would accuse black students of anything. They need some silly justification for their hatred and assaults on these people. There might be a few elements who indulge in illegal activities but that isn't an excuse to tar a set of individuals with same brush and attack them. I've had friends who lived and went to school there and their tales of how the locals see and treat them were very bad.
