revontuli: He refused to get help. He started to have paranoid delusions and started making threats to my life. Was quite normal in the beginning, known as a good person who helped the weak and poor. He got real nasty and aggressive if anyone suggested he should get mental help. I left when I felt unsafe and he threatened me with a gun. From this particular comment of yours, it shows that he was a normal , good and lovely husband from the beginning, but along the line he changed. What caused his sudden change? What did you do to help him out? Did you have a kid for him? Concerning the state of your house, sorry about that, but that is not enough reason to wish him dead. Remember the happy time you spent together and pray for him. As for your safety, you are secured, just give your life to Jesus Christ and be prayerful. God is your shepherd. |

Brethren, don't let us dwell on this issue and leave out the most important one. The most important thing is your and my salvation. If we have given our lives to Christ Jesus, then let's leave this issue of tithe to our conviction and don't let us judge.
As learned brethren, I think we can meditate on this scripture Matthew 23 : 23 “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law: judgment, mercy, and faith. These ought ye to have done and not to leave the other undone.

uspry1: Hello Solepager,
I am a sole entrepreneur who happens to be profoundly deaf (wear my pair of digital hearing aids and lipreading/ASL fluently), running my 18-years computer-related business that about to end this year or next year. I really want to pursue my dreams of startup business to establish tiny house communities for the impoverished Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing people with low to moderate incomes, who rely on ASL to communicate with, and had denied obtaining government-based subsidized housing (just like 1800s Martha Vineyard's (Massachusetts-USA) Deaf Uptopia) in order to hone my carpentry skills I am rusty with.
I am 2-years active member of two American Tiny House Movement organizations locally to gather all pertinent information and understand my home state of Virginia's building code/zoning regulation to build a tiny house on the wheel as well as permanent foundation.
I already created my finalized written crowdfunding campaign pitch, LLC formation paperwork(on the process), video storyboard, and website development to be launched soon. Right now I look for hiring a local experienced contractor, interpreter/personal assistant, realtor (sell/buy/rent expert) and social media promoter to work with me as subcontractors. Start with a small project that I found a distressed property to fix, flip and convert into rent as my first-time house flipper with my father who does not know any ASL but experienced certified home builder/contractor to work with. Also, I will attend to 4-days training workshop of building a tiny house once I receive succeeded fundraising goal. That's why I need an interpreter to do translating what I say in ASL into voice(conveying my messages/narrations) on my YouTube video for a black-owned real estate investment crowdfunding website I will sign up to post there...maybe remote interpreter in 4-days session workshop on my laptop/smartphone using video conference if that workshop trainer has WiFi access. (8am-5pm on Thursday-Sunday workshop, to be announced exact date next year)
Finally, I followed my instinct this morning to encourage me going back to my former NL veteran member/ex-job here finding someone who has ASL experience to do interpret fluently in American sign language{ASL} as well as the voiceover on my YouTube videos professionally I will provide video storyboard/script for you. That's how I found you on NL search.
By the way, i did check your profile that I find interesting that you also practice learning how to use blender software---that's great that I might need you to do some 3D tasks the best you can the more you get paid from me electronically. I will explain further details privately why i need 3D artist like you...remote job: interpreter and 3D artist as needed basis on-call each project one a time.
If you are interested in, please inbox (PM) me to discuss further details privately.
Best regard,
Uspry1 Nice one. May God see you through. |

Family › Re: Your Husband Must Cheat On You! by Julivas(m): 1:23am On Dec 10, 2018 |
VictorRomanov: Nigeria has a population of about 180m people. Let's say women outnumber men by 2:1. That means that we would about 60m men. 95% of that would be 57m. You are trying to tell me that you've counselled 60m men and found of that 57m men cheat on their wives?
How about I tell that you that the only people who come to you for counselling are those with marital problems caused by cheating and that reasonably means that majority of them would be cheats because that's why they have problems in the first place. What about those who've never had need for counselling because they sort themselves out. Did you count that too?
See eh, the world has a way of making bad look good. By saying 95% you are trying to make the majority of men who do not cheat feel that it is normal to cheat and something is wrong with them for not doing so.
Peace! Though she may be wrong with her statistics, but I will like to correct your impression. She doesn't need to interview the whole 57 million before arriving at that percentage. She can make use of a small sample size and generalise her findings. Therefore, she may be correct with that figure. Besides, with the rate of marital issues she is not far from the truth. |

Rebekkah: TEN (10) COMMON TACTICS OF THE ADVERSARY & THE POWER TOOLS CHRISTIANS CAN EMPLOY TO OVERCOME THEM
1. Deception/snake spirit. Manifests as lies and illusions in order to make you believe in the wrong Genesis 3: 4-5.Your enemy can spilt himself into two seemingly opposing personalities in a fued so as to make you take sides with one side of him. One great deception of the adversary is him making you believe he's good, he's the light, an angel 2 Corinthians 11:14 etc
*Discernment. If you know the word of God well enough you'll be able to tell apart and smell the spirit inside people. Also by their fruits you'll know them Galatians 5:19-21.
2. Slander & gossip. The major intent is to distract you or rubbish your image. Satan accused Job before God. Also the Jews spread malicious gossip about Jesus and Paul.
*Ignore--Focus on what you're on. Keep forging ahead.
3. Mockery. The goal here is to make you feel the shame that they represent. This nature is inside all humans. People mock another who's doing something great they've failed at or can't achieve. Mockery can also be an indication your enemy is gaining ground. Watch out. E.g The soilders mocked Jesus Christ. Tobiah mocked Nehemiah and the people of Israel who were rebuilding Jerusalem's wall Nehemiah 4:3. Shimei mocked David when he was escaping from Absalom 2 Samuel 16:5. Some kids mocked Elisha and 42 of them ended in the belly of bears 2 Kings 2:23.
*Concentrate. Keep seeking good.
4. Persistence. The enemy doesn't give up easily. The intent is to wear you out till you give up on your pursuit/resolve. E.g Delilah wearied Samson with her continual inquest.
*Resistance. Resist the devil and he'll flee from you James 4:7. Be strong in your resistance, don't swerve or anything just RESIST.
5. Flattery. Pride got the enemy where he is today and he'll stop at nothing to get you there also. Pride goes before destruction Proverbs 16:18, always. Goliath and Herod died at the peak of their pride. The one's head fell off, the later's stomach burst open.
*Humility. Be humble in spirit doesn't mean bend low to everyone's request. It means look beyond the weight of your achievements and be willing to grow all the more.
6. False accusation. The adversary will use this when it seems he's losing out. Daniel was falsely accused. Joseph did not escape this tactic from Potiphar's wife.
*Righteous & truthfulness. Righteouness exalts a nation. In the case of the people above, their attitude and truthfulness proved out in the end. Be like them.
7. Disguise/camouflage as friend or lightworker & False teaching / wolf in sheep's clothing. This is a power tool of the enemy, you'll often catch him dead saying, 'I want to be your friend.' Your enemy can camouflage into different looks; physically and spiritually. People of Gibeon deceived Joshua; Joshua 9:3-6. An enemy most often comes as that sweetest friend you can't part with but sooner than later he'll bare his teeth and reveal the deep wound he has inflicted silently on you all this while. So many prophets in the world today are what they are; false teachers. Sadly their message and 'miracles' (MM) are so juicy many can't resist.
*THE WORD. BE GUIDED. INTUITION. HOLY SPIRIT will instruct you in all truth. Pay attention.
8. Fear/Intimidation. This he uses to cripple his victim's soul like Goliath cripple the Saul's army. The mind of man is powerful but when it becomes feeble, it's easy to manipulate. Fear also brings distraction. Sanballath is the demon of discouragement and distraction.
*Courage. Be strong in the LORD and in the strength of his might. Put on the WHOLE ARMOUR Ephesians 6: 10-18
9. Counterattack/return march. The enemy often likes to catch his target in his words. He'll use your words against you, especially after a powerful win against him. Pharisees and Sadducees often sought to do this with Jesus Christ but failed woefully each time Mark 12:13, Luke 20:26. Why?
*Steadfastness. He was steadfast and consistent with what HE says and does. Be like Christ.
10. Disobedience/compromise/bias/dualization. This is the most effective of all the tactics of the adversary. Disobedience is a grave sin many overlook. God cannot condone disobedience as he likens it to witchcraft 1 Samuel 15:23. Suffer no witch to live. The enemy can kill your aspirations, life, marriage, family etc through disobedience to God's instructions. He smoothens disobedience so you don't see it as one, but as an alternative like Saul did in 1 Samuel 15:15. 'He'll tell you ok use this escape route. Try this. etc' In so doing you'll begin to doubt which is the right option and end up in confusion. Another way he makes you disobey is to mix good and evil (White & Black, truth & lie, Beauty & ugly) into one picture so you can't tell the difference.
*Purity & wholesomeness. Jesus said you can't serve God and maman. Paul wrote, 'Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. Of what union is light with darkness?' Good is good; Evil is evil; there's no unity between them.
WATCH & PRAY Brilliant. Thanks, more of this in this thread o. |

Anas09: THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE NEVER READ BEFORE OR PROBABLY HEARD TOO! PAY ATTENTION TO EACH ONE AND CAREFULLY THINK ABOUT THEM ALL...!!!
THE THIRTY-ONE (31) SILENT FACTS ABOUT THE RAPTURE*
1. It is going to be the next greatest event that will shock all the continents of the world. Matt 24:40-42.
2. It is going to take place suddenly, abruptly, unexpectedly, without warning and without prior notice. 1 Thess 5:2
3. There shall be no second version of the event. 1 Thess 5:4
4. A greater percentage of Christians may be taken unawares. Matt 24:38-39
5. Careless Christians who miss the event will have no other similar gracious opportunity. Matt 13:49-50
6. The event shall have no regard or respect for ecclesiastical titles or church leadership positions. Matt 5:20
7. It shall be a day when the sheep shall be separated from the goats. Matt 25:32-33.
8. The day shall differentiate between the Broad Way Christians and the Narrow Way Christians. Matt 7:13-14
9. The day shall separate sincerity from hypocrisy. Gal 5:21
10. The day shall differentiate between those who harbour secret sins from those who abhor secret sins. Gal 5:20-21
11. The day shall separate those whose lives are hidden in Christ from those who are hiding in the church. Luke 13:27
12. The day shall show a glaring, clear, conspicuous, demarcation between Christians who walk on the path of holiness from those who walk on the path of worldliness. Heb 12:14
13. It shall be a day of double emotion: joy for some and unimaginable, indescribable, uncontrollable regrets for others. Luke 13:28
14. It shall be a day of surprises- some “Big names” may miss the flight while some “Less known” may be on board. 1 Cor 1:27
15. Another surprise may be that a man or woman who had faithfully served the Lord for many years may defile his or her garment a few minutes before the sound of that summoning trumpet and miss the flight while a notorious sinner may surrender his or her life to Jesus within the same time frame and go to heaven. Ezekiel 3:20
16. This event may happen now, today, this week, this month, this year or next year! Matt 24:36
17. Wise Christians, like the five virgins that took extra oil, are expected to get ready, yes, to get prepared. Matt 25:1-13
18. After the event, all those who are bitter against one another, malicious, unforgiving, jealous, arrogant, haters, hypocrites, drunkards, fornicators, adulterers, adulteresses, murderers with weapons and murderers with tongue etc, shall have enough time to continue in their trade. Heb 12:14-15.
19. When the event is over there shall be revival among those who have chosen to stay behind not because there will be a second chance, no, but because the reality of the event would have struck them like a thunderbolt. But they will have to pay with their own blood. 2 Tim 4:3
20. When the event is over, those who are left behind shall no longer be safe to worship in their gigantic, fanciful and multi-billion Dollars/Naira cathedrals. Instead they shall seek safety in caves, bushes and abandoned and dilapidated but hidden structures. Rev 6:15-17
21. When this great event is over, each time those who will miss their flight manage to gather for worship, they will pay attention to only one sermon- whether they gather in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North or South America; the sermon will only centre on “How to Meet the Divine Standard and Join the Other Saints”. Rev 14:6-7
22. It is also worthy to note that those who will be left behind will never have any business with comedians at their altars anymore. No! There shall no longer be gatherings for entertainments. Whenever, they manage to gather, it shall always be for serious religious business only. Luke 21:34
23. The prayer pattern of those who will be left behind will also undergo a radical change. They will not be praying for things anymore. They will only be praying for strength to withstand the tortures of the Anti-Christ and die bravely to join the other saints. None will be praying for jobs, marriages, etc. Rev 8:3-4
24. It is equally worthy of note that some of those who will miss their flight will not be able to endure the torture of the Anti Christ. They will receive the mark of the beast and thereby be doomed forever. Rev 14:9-11
25. When the ready saints are gone, all our denominational walls of partition will collapse. The man or woman who use to worship in Omega Fire, Jesus Chapel, Exousia Kingdom Gospel Centre, Deeper Life, for instance, will hide in the same place with those who worship in Christ Embassy, Church of God Mission, Assemblies of God, Word Aflame, Action Chapel, Winners Chapel, Lighthouse Chapel etc and nobody will remember to claim superiority anymore because then they will be facing a common enemy. Eph 4:1-6
26. When this event is over, each time believers who will miss their flight manage to gather anywhere for worship, there will be an atmosphere of sobriety. This rowdiness we witness today shall be no more. 1 Peter 4:7, 1 Peter 5:8
27. There shall also be a radical change in the attitude of those who will miss their flight towards Bible study. What we have now is an attitude characterized by a high degree of nonchalance and indifference, but when the ready saints are gone, those who will be left behind will begin to take their bible study seriously. 2 Tim 2:15
28. All the teens and youths who come to church to please their parents will repent after this great event; yes, they will begin to seek God for themselves.
Rev 19:5, Rev 20:12.
29. When the event is over, all those who will do any form of business in the schools, hospitals, banks, etc, will have to bear the mark of beast (666) or be hunted down and killed like common criminals. Rev 13:17
30. One of the gains of this reminder is that there may be someone reading this piece today who will take a firm decision to ensure that he/she gets on board that celestial flight travelling to glory.
Rev 2:7, 2:11, 2:17, 2:29, 3:6, 3:13, 3:22.
31. However, one of the greatest tragedies of this reminder is that there may be someone too who is reading this piece today but who will see no need to heed this warning. A tragedy indeed! Rev 22:11-12 Preach it. It's certain, may God help us to be vigilant always in Jesus mighty name, amen. |

OperaMini1: Good day people.
IMy kids aged 8.5, and 6 years respectively, fight each other at the least provocation. They fight over who lies down where, who sits where in the car, who uses the toothpaste first, etc.
I came home yesterday and the elder (girl) had a bodily harm inflicted on her by the brother, and which is the second time she's getting a mark from him. As I write this now, they've been both grounded, since that yesterday, no watching of TV, no computer games, just sleep and wake up, eat and sleep again.
I'm not sure how long we'd do this, that's why I'm seeking suggestions on how to stop the fighting madness entirely, thanks. Though they may fight occasionally, but fighting all the time is acceptable at all. I think you can discipline them thoroughly and then sit them them and tell them why they must love themselves as siblings. Let them know they should be defending each other and not to fight themselves. Instil the fear of God in them and watch over them May the Lord help you. Lest i forget, warn the younger one not to ever beat his elder sister. Best of luck. |

We are becoming more and more religious but it is not reflecting in our lifestyles. We have no conscience, zero morals, we are ready to sell our brethren, cheat, steal from and kill the next person, yet on Fridays and Sundays we rush to religious houses to pray to 'God'.
