See the effect of having a dis-functioning country.

We have very useless 'leaders' that could not build a sensible country.

If we have a functioning country she would just move on with her life till she find another husband.

Ibadan or Enugu, retire with your billions of Naira stacked away while in government, so you can pay mopol officers to guard your premises, regularly service your generators till they turn scrap, purchase diesel daily whether at filling stations or black market travel abroad for medical check-ups, stay in doors as much as possible watching beaches and other beautiful places on TV else you get robbed or kidnapped.
grin grin grin

We never thought nigeria would be bad like this.

When I was young we thought nigeria would be one of the best country to live, but all kind of useless 'leaders' destroyed the country to this abysmal level. A sad thing.

nigerian 'leaders' are the main terrorists that are terrorizing nigerian peoples by their senseless leadership.

nigerian cities where there is no constant supply of electricity, where there is no running water, where there is insecurity, where there is no sensible transport system etc.

actually I don't believe we held a free and fair election, every state rigged @ the end of the day, the better rigger won
The election can be considered as generally free and fair, except few improper cases.

This election is better than other elections in the country, except that of Option A4 but there was no result at the end of Option A4 election.

Of course this election was not perfect but generally it was improvement of nigerian elections., there will be less people that will go to court to challenge the result declared by INEC.

You are right. It was with the knowledge of the presidency.

That shows that those areas rigged also during presidential election. There were many complains by the opposition parties after presidential election that there were some riggings in that areas.

She did nothing special. grin

She used the the system (police, military, etc) negatively to rig the election, there is nothing praiseworthiness in that. Just any crude person with the presidency link could do that. Nothing special.

She did nothing spectacular but full clulessness and total ignorance.

PDP suppose to win the election with wide margin without any rigging. So what was the purpose of rigging the election while the opponent will surely go to court and the court would order for new election.

The rerun election would be difficult for pdp to win because apc would be the darling of everyone that time.

Thank God her husband was not reelected back.
Politics › Re: How First Lady ‘influenced Rivers Governorship Poll For Wike’ by juman(m):
The governor would be most probably removed by the court. There would be rerun of another governorship and house of assembly election, free and fair one.

That woman just wasted her chance to win easily in that election.

What an illiterate woman!

PDP rigged election in a state where they should have won election with landslide success in a free and fair election. What a big surprise!

The woman is as clueless as obasanjo. Obasanjo also rigged like that.

There was no sensible reason why pdp rigged the election, pdp acts were illogical.

I think considering the mood of the electorates in that two states pdp could win both states without rigging.

Wow! Nigeria has a large expanse of arable land. Agriculture should be a priority.
On a personal level, I hate agriculture with passion; but something keeps telling me that I'll make billions from agriculture. Well, sometimes I bind that voice in my head, and other times I just want to bang my head against a wall...just to silence that voice. cheesy
nigeria need to get money from other areas, agriculture is one of the surest way, even this country can make more money from agriculture than oil.

The oil money is not guarantee the oil price can reduce to lowest of the low.
Agriculture › Pair Of Japanese Mangoes Sold At $2,500: A Wake-up Call To Nigerian Agricultural by juman(op):
A deep pocketed Japanese department store shelled out an eye-watering 300,000 yen ($2,500) Monday for a pair of mangoes, a record price for the second year in a row. After the hammer fell at an auction in far-southern Miyazaki, the successful bidder airlifted the fruit to its luxury shop in Fukuoka, where they went on sale at a bargain 210,000 yen, according to the Miyazaki Agricultural Economic Federation.

The mangoes — top-of-the-range “Taiyo no Tamago” (Egg of the Sun)-brand — were the first to go for auction this year, an occasion that usually attracts inflated prices. To qualify as a “Taiyo no Tamago” mango, each fruit must weigh at least 350 grams (12 oz) and have a high sugar content.

While $2,500 is steep for a pair of mangoes, fruit is routinely expensive in Japan and it is not unusual for a single apple to cost upwards of $3. This year’s must-have luxury fruit is a particular brand of strawberry, with a single berry currently selling for around $415. However, all pale in comparison with the tear-inducing $25,000 price tag for a pair of cantaloupe melons auctioned in 2008.

It is however believed that Nigeria should take a leaf from Japan and move the agricultural sector to such enviable hights through the speedy provisions of agricultural imputs to farmers, provision of irrigation facilities, engagement of agric extension workers and the making of sufficient loans available to farmers. This in turn will boost yield, and attract more youths into the sector as well as boost both export and revenues generated from the sector.

not only Ajimobi, ask amosu, aregbe and co,you people don't seem to understand the non payment of salary has to do with the pdp led FG, Take aregbe for instance, they were being payed 4billion on revenue allocation which is not enough to pay salary, yet the money was reduced to 2.5 billions, now tell me how do you want them to cope? you can do the research yourself..
thanks
The excuse of little from FG is non-material and deficient.

Chief awolowo ran his government with revenue from agriculture why not the yoruba governor go heavily in agric.

Even the oil is not from our area and nigeria is unstable country. Those yoruba governors should know that going into agric is necessary and there is no other way on that.

Yea, people weren't happy with the result, mots of them preferred Ladoja. Only God know those that voted for him. The greediness of the likes of ladoja, makinde, akala. And teslim made them lost to Ajimobi.

Those opponents were too arrogant to merge together and form a united unit. The governor could not beat them if they worked together. But God helped the governor to win.

But the present governor is better than his opponents. Ladoja would not be a good replacement.

It might appear like that, because apc governments do not believe much on improving living standard of common people. They are also not so good politicians.
