Okay, YouTube channel is more like having your own productions where people tune to to watch whatever you do. For a start, you can get a camera and write a script of what you want to dish out to people. It may be funny interview replies, history, telling stories, pranks, national news and many more. You pick a niche and grow it, then you must up to 1000 suscribers and 4000 hours views before YouTube will review your channel and allow for monetization then you can start to earn. But if you can not create content, you can do compilations of existing videos of a niche copied from instagram, Twitter and the likes and get YouTube to review it and monetize

I can also add with comedy videos. How do you see this? Lastly, guidelines on how to open one please.

Programming u say. He must have passion for it before he could make anything out of it. It may work for you but might not work for him.

My advice is that you should continue with your work, never resign then mark out a planned strategy. Let me give u options
1. YouTube channel
2. Blogging
3. Open a betting shop and get people to manage
4. Play station shop
5. Sell ebook on Kindle
6. There are lots u can do without affecting your job.

Remember, any business that does not have a cash flow have the tendency of not surving

Can you throw more light on the YouTube of a thing? I have passion for it but really don't have enough knowledge about it.

My sister, the matter get as e dey be o. Look at even nollywood, only actress are buying expensive houses, clothes, shoes, cars etc while the male counterparts are still feeding from hand to mouth. All these big men spend recklessly on these woman because of 'toto' while the men are rotting away.

This reminds me of something. There was a firm I designed a logo for then as an employee. The company has so expanded now with branches across state of the federation. I wasn't particularly appreciated/compensated for that job. Question is, since the company is still using that logo making businesses, can I go back and ask for proper compensation? One of the things that is rendering Nigeria unprogressive is the abandoning of projects. Donald build cable car in Obudu, Cross River state and today, neither the cable car still in use nor anybody talking about it. All the resources put in place to materialize that project went in waste. No country can develop with this class of mentality.
