Tojued: You're right, it's 437 vs 444. You need to fight for recognition of your masters degree. Contact wes, also consider using another evaluation body. Thank you |

Tojued: I'm not sure I fully understand you but I believe if you contact wes they'll make the correction you're requesting for as per specialised graduate degree.
Secondly, in a worst case scenerio where wes undervalues the masters degree, you will still have two or more certificates as per two bachelor degrees. That's only two points lower than masters.
All the best. Many thanks @Tojued. But what the crs calculator gives me is 119 for 2 or more post secondary degrees, then 126 for masters. Or am I doing something wrong? Kindly help check my profile: Age - 36 (37 by June 1st) Work experience - 10 years Education - Masters/2 or more post secondary IELTS (LRSW) - 8.5, 8.5, 7.5, 7 Spouse education - PhD IELTS - I am assuming 7 across board I am PA. Thanks a lot. I am PA |

Sincerely, I am beginning to get jittery about this WES evaluation.
I have a professional Masters from a recognized university in Benin republic, and sent this to WES for evaluation. However, seeing the comments here about WES underevaluating some degrees, it pro.pted me to check with their evaluating tool and I can see that they only have a one year option for schools in Benin republic when trying out this tool, and this eventually evaluates a Masters from Benin as 4 years Bachelor degree.
I'm greatly confused here, as I made a mistake in filling out the WES Application form. Rather than selecting "Specialized graduate program", I just selected "Masters' option. I can see from the the free evaluation tool that "Specialized graduate program" translates to an evaluation from WES as Masters!
Should I contact WES about this to have it changed? If WES evaluates my masters as 4 year Bachelor's program I will lose a great deal of points and drop far below the 443 I am trying to claim.
Someone advise me please.
PS: My masters degree is a 2 year program in Project Management. |

If it's for WAEC, they will accept online statement of result. That it the one you check from WAEC portal and print out. That's what I used for my husband's submission. And YES, it can only be done at WAEC office in Lagos. If you can, do this for him, or get someone in Lagos to do so on his behalf. It's allowed. Amandacanny: Good morning guys. Plz I need help ooo before hubby changes his mind again. Waec said they won't attend to hubby from Abuja as all documents to WES are sent from Lagos.( is this true). Plz apart from WES, which other evaluating body accepts statement of result. I emailed ICES and they said he must wait to be issued his certificate and I don't see this coming soon. Plz ur advice is highly needed. |

Good morning all!
My own morning is not good at all. I have been anxious since yesterday, awaiting release of 19th January IELTS result that my husband partook in. I have just checked this morning, and I'm really sad.
L - 5.5 R - 5.5 W - 6 S- 7
Unfortunately, the scores will make us drop to 436 in crs.
Getting him to write this test was like moving a mountain, my birthday also coming in June. I just hope he will agree to re-writing this test, otherwise, OYO might be my case.
May God help me! |

Thank you. I truly appreciate your response. Kobaro: Wow, that happens to be a really important part that you left out. I think you should try to contact WES immediately (ensure you append your reference number to each correspondence that you send out to them). Kindly let them know that you have sent your documents which they can expect to receive any time soon but that you had missed the step of including your reference number on the scratch card. They would naturally be in a better position to advise you on what to do. This is just my own opinion, anyway.
TIP: Contacting WES through their Twitter account has always worked the quickest for me.
Best of luck, buddy. |

Hi people.
Please, I submitted mine last week Friday, but I did not write WES Reference number on the scratch card. Although,I indicated the WES Reference number on other documents, including the sheet I was given to fill by WAEC. I sincerelyhope that this will not impact negatively on my transcript application. |

That's a positive sign. They have received it, and I am sure that you will be approved a study permit. pabb: Good day friends, I was contacted on 27/09/2016 to provide another offer letter since the former has expired. I sent the new offer a day after via the email address provided by them but am yet to hear from them.
My fear is that I needed an acknowledgement or confirmation that my mail was duly received cause I was giving 14 days to do so.

Omonjoe: I got the 'thank you for your patience' mail yesterday that one said there was no update since your last log in. The one I got today said it has bn updated and I should log into mycic account. It's nothing to worry about. It means your application is currently being worked on. If you check the upper part of the page where you have such things as Application - Open and the likes of them, you will notice a change in status of one of the lines. Check to your right. |
