So yeah, if we add 15 with 10 you get 25. So Ghana has doubtfully 88 institution while kenya has more than 130 institutions.

University of Ghana for instance, is a chartered university. See the program it offers, it's surprising that it even offers certificate programs but your dwarf brain still thinks of constructing lies.

A university college has majority of certificate and diploma programs as compared to degree.

A chartered university is a uni which offers little diploma programs, degree in majority and provide advanced learning programs like masters and pHDs.

Ghana Is still a baby in this sector, Accept. One day maybe you'll reach there.
