I think if we will rate the ethnic group spoiling, tarnishing, blackmailing, and destroying the image of Nigeria, in "my opinion" here they are:

1) Number 1 are Igbo Peoples in diaspora; India, China, US, Britain all most everywhere,

2) Yoruba

3) Hausa

4) Others.

Hello justwise, d year of d refusal is 2004 and reason was dt they don,t think my sponsor's money wil be avaliable 4 my stay.

The refusal is unlikely to affect ur visa application but u need to own up in ur application form that both of you has been denied visa b4 and reason(s) why.

Are u going to book for a hotel or are u going on an invitation?

I think her application was not well thought out, if she has 450k in her account and was ready to spend 1600 pounds, that will leave her with almost nothing, 1600 pounds is about 398.766 naira.

I understand that she doesn't pay rent and has some momey that will be coming in but the ECO deals with facts and evidences and not written statements.

She can re-apply, you can support her application with IV and ur bank statement or payslip, data page of ur passport and ur tenancy agreement. She also need a letter from her company, . cos she need to show a strong tie to Nigeria.

I love them both and can't decide who I want. Im scare, I dont want to loose them both.   Please help!!They are both comfort n ok.

Please i need your help. my fiancee was refused entry clearance visa to the uk stating that they didnot believe her income circumstances could support her stay. she earns 100000 a month, doesnt pay rent as she lives with her folks, received an upfront of 350k injanuary and will get 200k on approval of leave. the nitwit said the trip will cost like 1600gbp, which she has n exceeded in her account. that was the only reason for refusal. no rights of appeal. please what can she do, the decision was erroneous and she put all relevant documents. can she reapply? do i get an invite from someone with a house so that the cost of hotel accomodation is cut off./ kindly assist with your valued advice

He has to present his UK bank account that contains the school fees and maintenace fees and if the school is in London then its £7200 for 28days.

Dear Justwise ,Thanks for your reply ; its ok that its a long process .i.e.
1) he has get an offer letter from a new sponsor 2) inform old sponsor that he intends to move to new sponsor
3) after settlement from old sponsor apply for CAS from new sponsor in that case old CAS would surely be cancelled .
4) inform UKBA for that , and after being accepted start his classes ;But all of the above process must be based on the current policies , so we want to know that ; 1)[b]could he switch to a new sponsor before completing his course??

Yes he can BUT he has to settle with his current university first, b4 applying for MBA course to another university, get the admission and apply for new CAS though if the new student visa rule comes in this April then he maybe asked to leave the UK and apply from his home country
