Apart from the UK, Canada, USA, Australia are all English speaking countries, its depend on ur budget, i mean, how much u are ready to spend then u can base ur search for school from there.

You can understand why some pple would have some doubt, why not direct the donation and enquires to the hosipital where she will be having the operation, give pple the hosiptal contact details so that whoever is in doubt can verify from them.

That is not bad idea, with invitation letter from his university and he can save up to be able to sponsor you rather than using ur in-law as ur sponsor.

The 10yrs ban started in 2008.So ur crime occured b4 the 10yrs ban. You have to tell the truth about what happened in 2007, that you appealed and the appeal was dismissed. The ECO may give you the benefit of the doubt. Is ur new passport the e-passport? Make sure that the new passport has the same personal detail as the old one.
