Somebody to smuggle the traveler into Canada? Somebody that will get the traveler Canadian visa from Caribbean? Will the visa requirements for Nigerians changed cos the applicant is applying from Caribben? I mean. .what type of visa are we talking about? The days of links and connections are dead and buried yrs ago. .thanks to dubious Nigerians like the poster.

@Omo_Tier1

The more i read ur post the more i beging to worry more as a Nigerian. The problem we have in Nigeria is OUR making, its affecting us and NOT British. When will we Nigerians stop making excuses? What lord Sugar said is true, many of us Nigerians have recieved such email from shameless Nigerian. Why are u getting sweaty cos of his comment and calling him a fraudstar?

Lets stop shifting blames and trying to pretend as if the problems we have in Nigeria is caused by foregin nations.

Yes Ghana is moving on, they are improving and they deserve the credit they are getting from foreign governments.
All we do in Nigeria is to cover up, blame everybody else for our problems apart from ourselves.

Britian is dealing with their problems, are we dealing with ours?

@ Omo_Tier1

I hope u really read my post or you just like hearing or reading ur own post? When it comes to corruption u can not compare the UK to Nigeria.

Every MP that was involved in the claim saga paid back the money and some paid back the money AND retired cos of it. And i never pretended for a moment that there is no corruption in the UK but its not a problem as its in Nigeria.

I don't think u know much about Chinese.

Oh, I thought so they are finally waking up to the reality that we do not need Britain to survive and more so, we have better trading partners in other parts of the world that we can do business with and still develop at the pace we want! The British govt is crying awolf because they have gotten realiable information that much of the power sector contracts would not be given to british companies and also, their only and last investment in Nigeria, SHELL is gradually being edged out by the govt with Nigerian owned companies making giant strides in the oil business!
Nobody is denying the fact that there is corruption in the UK BUT atleast they are honest about it, pple get arrested and jailed, crime record kept, pple could be held accountable in the UK. Omo_Tier1 can you say the same about Nigeria?
I guess you are not really this daft with comments like the one in bold! FYI, Dr. Tafida has transformed the Nigeria embassy in London and I can say without mincing words that the level of professionalism there has improved and in my opinion, He has taken the embassy a step higher than where Kayode left it.To add to what some sensible forumites have said, Should we let a looner tad like Alan Sugar pour insult just because we have internal issues in our family? The answer to that is obviously No! These old rag whites think they can through their mouth about as though they are still in the slave/Master era.
For all I know and can say: the brits can laugh at us for now, but surely, Nigeria will be greater than Britain soonest; just as the chinese/Indians today look at britain as one little rascal that can be spanked at any time, soonest, that is how Britain will be to Nigeria.
Yes Nigeria will be gr8 oneday IF we start being honest with ourselves, all these preaching and self pitying will take us no where.

Did you say Indians has made it? Yes in paper i guess. They still collect aid from the UK

I dont know why the poster is trying to make it seem like nigerian & zimbabwean men are at war, Thats not true, There is no competition WHAT THE HELL FORhuh huh huh huh huh THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THAT GOING ON.this site is getting disgusting too much tribalism , If we as africans keep on looking down upon each other how is our continent going to develophuh We all know Africa as a whole has a long way to go, We know zimbabwe is currently going through economic hardships but all i see is other africans laughing how disgressful? On the other hand in nigeria corruption one woman stealing more than a billion dollars which can feed a small country like zimbabwe huh and for south africa a very rich country but still run by whites, We kill and laugh at each other when we should be empowering each other, As for the person that said zimbabweans are jelous because Nigeria took the whites we chased away to run your farms, All i can say is you are very silly, Whats wrong with us black zimbabweans growing and exporting our own food huh huh it wasnt fair for 10% of the economy to own 90% of the land, so please go FIGURE, And lets see if those whites will make all the problems nigeria has go away ---- i bet they will still invest their profits in eauropean banks , how is africa benefiting then huh Has prices of stuff gone down because those white farmers came to nigeria now?
There is nothing wrong in that but the process was handled badly, Mugabe played a painful political game there and it backfired.

nigerians sometimes you make wonder
you think being found allover means your country is making it or you doing better than the locals, it is the opposite you are all running away from the over crowded poor run nigeria you find better heaven in other countries. zimbabweans are doing the same right now running away from zimbabwe ask yourself why zimbabwean dont find heaven in nigeria the place is crap for our zimba standards but you nigerians you find heaven in zimbabwe of which us zimbabwean are now running away from everything has gone down daily cut of electricity, water, poor services , roads etc
as for the beef i dont think there is beef we are totally in different classes compare yourselves with ghana guys, cameron i.e the west coast not west coast and southern
Stop deluding urself, the good areas in Zim are occupied by mostly white community, they build Zim, they kept Zim going b4 sekuru Mugabe ruined it.

Some of u Zims are dam too lazy to feed urself let alone afford a decent life style, yes there are a good number of Nigerians in Zim but some of them own companies, good business and don't live from hand to mouth.

nairalanders whats the beef btwn Naija man and Zimba men they always DISS each OTHA.it seemz naijimbos tend to throne themselves in all aspects that is from being romantic, sex, sweet, having style, owning businesses, being intelligence, treating their woman ryte, very rich etc.howeva i hear Nigerians can be very violent, possesive.Zimba men on the otha hand are resilient, hardworking and they are not styingy when it comes to treating or pampering their ladies and they indeed are gud in bed, educated their English IS cool compared to Nigerians whose accent is horrible and disgusting.
i hve noticed wth great concern tht Naijimbos dnt wanna compare themselves to Zimbos whateva it maybe whats with these men they are always against each atha and wld lyk to call them RIVALS on all angles.
You are the one with the problem, as you know, Zimbs has an accent just as Nigerians do, so to call Nigerians accent disgusting is just moronic.

I have far too many Zimbs friends, i lived there, went to school there and enjoyed almost every moment of my time there. Don't even start this.

Phil Moane:
Met this Lady when home in my church.Talked to her. Had some datings before flying out after 3 weeks.
Kept communicating on phone and online. She drilled me sooo hard b4 saying Yes.But something happened which made me send some cash.
Afterwards I started sending more as we began to have some mutual plan towards Introduction to her Family.
Some money I sent to her for a purpose agreed to by both of us was used for something else. She bought sometin with money on her confessing that was last money. While trying to advice, she took offence.Later confessed to me she's bad at spending.Told her plans toward wedding, She told me it isnt big when I have my money.Told her I wanted a car of my level, but she demanded something higher(double).I felt she is not interested in me, may be.But when I got home 3 weeks after the misunderstanding, She handled me with disrespect. Said, giving me her time was like a waste to her.At the end of it all, we called it quit.Because I saw some traces of double dating in her. Coupled with her non-readiness for any resolution of the crisis.Could it be that I over-reacted or she is really not interested in me?[/quote].
Not at all, that was not over reaction, you have just added more yrs to your life. Marriage or rela/ship based on material things don't stand the taste of time
