There is no prob with that, but if u are given 3months visa, that means u have lost one month by not going on Jan.

Re: overstaying.
If you are a non visa national you dont need a visa for UK.
If you overstay, there is a penalty for overstaying, and if you pay time for that penalty you are able to return according to homeoffice website.
If you overstay for a few months AND pay for your own return without the expense of the state its a penalty of a year outside UK.
If you overstay for 2 years or more its 5 years outside UK.
If you overstay for more than 5 years and Return home at the expense of the UK Gov its 10 years outside UK.
I wrote the home office a letter and they attached this for me.In reality how does it work?

i am a filipina, i have been refused a bisa as general tourist to attend my british boyfriend graduation and spend xmas on grounds that we have not submitted documents of evidences of our relationship. i have no intention of going there to get married or stay longer beyond my stated stay. when i applied there was no statement there that require us to submit these documents so we didnt include it. however it was stated there that it is not appealable. what does it mean? we are thinking of re-applying on the same grounds (attending his graduation and spending xmas) but this time addressing the issue of refusal. is this okay or is this the same as appealing? what would be the implication if i get refusal, specially if second time? does that mean i can no longer go to UK in the future? will it affect my record as i travel abroad a lot. shall i contact the clearance officer at the embassy who refused my visa? what is the best way of re-applying for visa?thanks

That is what u need to do this time around, address those issues raised in the refusal letter, attach pictures of u and ur bf, emails you exchanged with him, chat history, phone call bills.
If you got refused the second time, it wouldn't affect ur future travel to the UK or other countries[b] as long as[/b] you did not submit forged document or fake documents

Please know this today that crime in London or other part of the UK are committed by both Nigerian born and UK born Nigerians. If you want to talk about good child upbringing then Britian shouldn't be mentioned at all, kids here are from hell, mora here is at the lowest point, why do you think that many parents send their kids to Africa to learn some good behaviour? Both British born and Nigeria born Nigerians are involved in the 419, drug and scam marriage. So ur parents are the last 'good' Nigerians to leave Nigeria?
