You know it's tuition-free, i have not paid any fee.Well the visa is my concern too else, i like the scandavian zone and would have been a better deal.I will still give the visa issue a shot and see how it turns out.

Oh yes! i 4got its tuition free but that is the prob as well, cos its tuition free alot of pple are rushing to study there making it even more difficult to get a visa. It will be better next yr when they start charging for fees.

Yes they do ask that question in almost every scholarship form. They want ur husband to convince them why he should be given the scholarship and not somebody else.
If there is not word-limited, then he can write maybe 300-500 words why he need the scholarship badly.

Talk is cheap, implementing it is where the real deal is. Yes bogus colleges will suffer but geniue students will still get admission. Foreign students contribute far more that any form of immigrantion.
If UK chase foreign students away then US and Canada will grap the opportunity.

I was in Lagos last week, so I logged into my EBay account on my laptop and placed a bid on an item that I wanted.
Half an hour later I received 2 Emails from EBay saying that they think that my account has been compromised. Before I could say Jack Robinson, the account had been temporarily locked & I could no longer log in.
When I got back to the UK I had to ring EBay and explain that I was the only one who had logged in. They said that they didn't like the IP address that I had logged in from and had thought that my account had been hacked.
I got the account reinstated but I wont be logging into EBay from Nigeria again.
Its a very sad & embarrassing situation that fraudsters have blessed our great nation Nigeria with.

Its really sad to be honest, i tried that as well, in my case i couldn't log on after trying 2x i gave up, when i came back to the UK i was able to log on. You still see pple here promising verified paypal account to anybody who cares to read their scam-posts.
God help Nigeria.

About 29 million people are in employment in the UK (http://www.statistics.gov.uk/cci/nugget.asp?id=12)
Now about 6 million people are on benefits (job seekers, incapacity benefit etc.) and 2.5 million out of work thanks to the recession etc, Without going into statistics and analysis, I would say that is about 20% of people not working (if i assume that all 6 million people on benefits are lazy and not genuinely sick or cannot work for health reasons etc).
How can we make the general statement that British people are lazy if only 20% of them are not working? That is a sweeping generalization that can be likened to someone saying "all Nigerians are scammers" or "all immigrants are here to bleed the country" or some other generalization that we all do not agree with.
