I also even attached other programmes I have gone for before and another I already have visa to attend later this year with the visa attached. Yes, attached letters from my immediate department and from the organisation itself with my stamped payslips .I will take your advice and wait till my baby is mature before applying again and make my statement suitable, I am suspecting they are denying me because they feel if my baby is with me I will have more reasons not to return back to my country.

Going by your profile and details you provided here I think you have a good chance reapplying but before you do that you need to address the issue of child care, will the school cover the cost of childcare? If yes then get a letter to that effect but if you will be paying out of pocket then do your research about what it will cost you to pay for childcare throughout your stay in the UK.
If you can afford it then arrange for one and get receipt and attach it to your application
xaves: I was sent a refusal email not long ago. I am going to the UK for a fully funded training. I attached my payslip, salary account,letter from my employer, letter from the organisation sponsoring, family photos (I have 4 kids) I am going with my 3 months old baby and my husband supplied letter of support and his statement of account. I clearly explained that I work for the government and other private facilities at my convenience and I explained their payments in my salary account. So I don't know why I was refused. Because the dollar account they complained about is savings and I explained that to preserve the value of my money I put some of my savings in a dollar saving account that was why I attached it to my application. This is my second application, the first they refused me because I didn't attach my savings. I don't know what these guys want ooo. Please I need help on how to go about this. Thank you.

Actually, my undoing was listening to an agent that claimed i needed to have enough money in my bank account that will be enough for the journey to and fro despite having a sponsor that has committed 7k to her savings account towards the duration of my stay. And so, he cajoled me into getting a POF of 5m that was lodged into a microfinance bank he created for me. My intention is to go write the OSCE for nurses. Thank God i found this thread and it's been an eye opener so far.
These are my worries right now...
1) Can i totally ditch the POF account the agent created for me and focus solely on my salary account for the next three months?. This is so that i'd have explainable salary credits and lesser expenses. I earn about 180k.
2) What's the best way to receive additional money for support from my husband and other people(family and friends)? in which account would the send the money to? salary account or the POF account the agent created?. I don't know how the agent did it but there were transactions in the account covering a period of 6 months. Meaning, when i contacted in June, they created a bank account with POF of 5m and transactions starting from January.
My affinity with the POF account is that, it is now automatically in their database and if i now present only my salary account this second time, won't it raise any inconsistency issues?
I'd appreciate any response that can aid my not being refused a second time. I really don't want my IELTS to expire
You allowed an agent to mess up your application and possibly your immigration profile.
I Suggest you forget about reapplying until you are financially capable to do that. As it stands your chances of getting a visa in the next 6months is limited.
Your plan for the next three months with respect to your bank statement will work perfectly fine.
From the refusal letter you posted, it seems the 5 million was claimed as additional income from family and friends. You can leave it out in your next application. When it asks if you have any additional income or savings, just select NO. Only tender your salary account statement that accurately reflects what you’ve outlined in your plan for the next three months.
Again, make sure the sponsor’s account is clean, so they don’t shift from complaining about yours to complaining about the sponsor.
In your next application, you should address the refusal reasons. Just say you made mistakes when filling the application, leading you to erroneously input money received from family as additional income. I believe you should be fine.

All those were words I have read and heard stated to me as an Igbo person. Being Igbo and having a good track record of fighting hate on NL, I was willing to expouse things that way. We submitted family photos,school reference letter from headmaster and principal,school receipts and school transcipt and result,bank transactions and statement,plus letter from our parish priest,estate chairman/sectary and family doctor..
Get in touch with NPC with the refusal letter so as to authenticate that birth certificate, you need a written letter from them to support the authenticity of that birth certificate. After that you can go for AR, submit the letter from NPC and all other documents you listed above.
You also need to submit a written statement explaining why you believe that the ECO made the wrong decision .
Do you have dated picture of the child? Like picture taken when the child was born or during first birth day celebration? If you do add it to the AR package and make reference to those details in your written statement.

UnconventionalT: He received a letter to come to the station to get his phone or let them know if someone will come get it on his behalf. Nothing was said about the case at all.
He needs to contact the police to know if the investigation is still ongoing or if it has ended.
