Good to know you are happy...but if he didn't get deported...you may be sad again o lol.

Gutted? Never, Why would I? I don't even know the man.
The fraudster will have a miserable life anyway, at the moment nobody knows who he is, age and real name, until then he can't even claim benefit let alone getting a job.

Sad news to you guess?

Nobody said what he did was right.. Am just saying since he's smart enough to used another man identity for almost 20 years, he should be smart enough to know he will be caught one day in UK... Now that he's caught, what is your gain? My always RIGHT.
Happiness, sense of justice done and can't wait for him to get deported after spending time in prison.

I bet you are gutted.

Good he's caught....he's a foolish man.
He should have moved out of UK since to another EU country and start a new life there...nobody will think much about him there...he's too confident thinking he can never be caught.

Interesting, so that makes it right then? He should run a way with another person't identity and live a happy life?

Naijaobi, you may not be having issues in your city with the language now, but it is and will always be a barrier.
let me ask you, how many local friends have you made ? How easy is it for you to communicate when you leave your city. Don't tell me you don't wish to leave your city. Because Germany is such a large and beautiful country. I'll be in Frankfurt before Xmas, hopefully
That is why antspambot banned you.

Do you know that the crime rate in Ghana is higher than the once in NIGERIA but you can never hear them persecuting their citizen because Ghana is a crime covering country unlike my country 9ja were crime is been expose every minute either by sss or efcc that is why Nigeria have a bad reputation in the whole world
You need to be ashamed of yourself, so the solution to Nigerian's disgraceful crime reputation is to cover it up?

The former head of the Somerset Racial Equality Council has been convicted of fraud after stealing another man's identity.

The man who claimed to be David Onamade was also found guilty of trying to claim benefits and possessing documents for use in connection with fraud.

The jury at Taunton Crown Court heard he managed to get hold of the identity of the real David Onamade, 52, an autistic man from London.

He was found guilty of all charges.

The court was told he had lived with another man's identity for more than 20 years.

The jury found him found guilty of three charges of fraudulently trying to claim benefits and two charges of possessing documents - a birth certificate and a driving licence - for use in connection with fraud.

I really need help of you guys on My previous Uk visit application that was denied. Below is the Decision of the ECO

I have said that i will be staying at TRAVEL LODGE MANCHESTER BIRCH M62 WEST SERVICE OF M62.
He said i haven't been to overseas before and i have not said my plan in uk beside sightseeing and shop for family. He said he is not satisfy that i will book my hotel off a motorway on my first trip to uk and that is not near any shops or places of interest. He said in the absence of such information it will be difficult for him to make any considered judgement as to my real intentions.

Therefor he denied my application under the paragraph 84(i)(c) of the nationality, immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
My right to appeal is also limited.

Here are my question: The application was denied 06th November 20014. last month when i got leave from my place of work. leave date 25th number to 5th of December 2014. I got all document from my company including statement cos the company will sponsor my trip.

Now i want to reapply Using invitation instead of Hotel reservation
I am now visiting London while my first application was Manchester
I want to my visit to base on end of the year holiday and my company will still sponsor me.
I am also to add additional document just like my stock confirmation

what are the document you think i must add to make reference to my first application that was deniedhuhhuh??

If i should reapply now there will ne only one month difference is it possiblehuhhuhhuhhuhhuh??

Pleas help me out.

So why didn't he bring her over Many years ago? He has been there for over 30 years plus daughter is about thirty he had enough time to do the right thing but he didn't.
So many reasons for that...maybe he got his British passport by marrying somebody here hence avoided mentioning his marriage in Nigeria or he claimed asylum and denied having anybody in Nigeria to go back to. So it will be difficult for him to bring her here in such situation.

Yes but it's a lot easier if the daughter is below 16 yrs of age but as an adult its a tough nut to crack.

What document does my husband n kids need they have never been issued UK visa?

Thanks
Please take your time and read about 10 pages back, documents needed for family visiting visa has been listed more than 20times here before, i'm even tired reposing them over and over again.

Apart from adding family pictures, marriage certificate and birth certificate of your kids....the rest of the documents are the same as when you are applying alone...you only have to multiple the cost by the number of people traveling and submit the source of your income....payslips, bank statement....and for a business man..tax certificate will be added to the list.

Since your school is in central London you need to have £1020 every month for 9 months. Add that up and covert to today's exchange rate and see if the amount you have is the same.

. You never can tell if it is positive or negative just from the message. My friend got a similar message and got her 5 years visa. Let me know the outcome of your application please thanks
Since your friend got similar message and still get his visa then you should be 100% positive that its the same case with this.

I agree with you. Nigerians with this sort of mentality deserve the leaders they have. They are just a reflection of their mentality.
Replace the man's name with that of any politician then watch and see how this thread will run into pages full of insults and bible verses towards the politician.

You can also say that politicians who steal do that to help their families, some Nigerians are naturally hypocritical.

Nothing about Rosberg screams 'champion' to me. The way he is going about courting Bottas and Massa to do him favors is just laughable. How about focus on not getting passed by Hamilton not like its not happened before.

Goodluck to both men anyway! I have no chicken in this fight
Exactly! As if LH will stop racing while Bottas and Massa do the job for him. LH doesn't need to win...just relax and come second
