and that is it.

Transaction is necessary if the bank statement did not show closing balance date then the last transaction serves that purpose. However if the balance statement shows closing balance date then there is no need for transaction.

So I thought to come back n share my experience with the house.... I still went ahead with the letter from doctoresparati. However, the interview went well, tho I was asked to get another doctor. The consular said she was not comfy with approving only for me to give my money to 'fixers' .. Se meant that they were middle men, and not doctors. I was given the white form which would allow me back into the embassy without a new appointment. I eventually used my correspondence with Dr Fagbohun and his bills and we were granted our visas. I'm sure this will encourage someone and also direct them. I'm not discrediting anyone pls, just Thot to share how it went.

It has been established that they are agents and we should not be recommending them or encouraging people to use them.

This is my experience today at teleperformance.
I collected my package and was refused but the refusal letter is bearing somebody else's name other than my name and the reason for the refusal is totally different from what I applied for.
So I went back to teleperformance and they told me to go to the Embassy. But someone suggested that I should not go because if I do, they will type another refusal for me. That I should leave it for my company to take their lawyer to handle the case with the Ebassy since it was my company that sent me for the conference.
So what sould I do now?

Stop listening to peopke talking nonsense and return the package quickly to the embassy, leaving it any longer is a serious mistake because that is not your package. Lawyer for what exactly?? When you are given a wrong package and you opened it and realised that the next thing is to return it immediately without wasting a second.

When i was in China with another friend, we were well-respected and built lots of trust and connections with some specific Chinese people and is probably why I still control things when I'm being given something to do that is related to China

I sent the mail on Monday night and got a reply on Tuesday morning.

If you did nott hear from them this week then visit their visa centre on Mon to see if its there, courier delivery is not always effective.

Hello justwise, I submitted my application on the 7th and I haven't heard anything from them since, I contacted UKVI and was told a decision has been made and I should get my documents soon.
I paid for courier delivery so I have been waiting for my documents since or at least an email from teleperformance but nothing so far.
What can I do at this point?

Good news if your documents are genuine but if they are not then expect the opposite.

Oh, okay. I didn't know that actually. What I once read was that the rate of the application date is used. I read that on page 100 of the T4 Guidance V23.0.

"If an applicant uses an overseas currency, they must write the closing balance in pounds sterling on the application form. To check it is correct, you must use the exchange rate as at the date of the application to check the value of the money in pounds sterling. To check the balance, use the website at the related link: OANDA."

Yes that is right but that doesn't mean that you will be refused if the exchange rate changes while counting the 28 days. As long as you deposited the correct amount from day one you will not be blamed if market fluctuations affects the value of your money because you can not control the exchange rate market.

Sorry about the intial refusal.
You don't have to show any documents from your uncle to support your application.
You should have money in account for 28days consecutive,weekend,public holiday inclusive,first day of the 28 days count make a transaction in yoour account and on the last day after the completion make a transaction also to show closing balance date and amount,then print.

That's a bit dicey. The ECO will use the rate of the Application date and not the date you deposited the money. You should always leave excess there to avoid problems with the rate.

The deposit date will be used and not the application date. You can't control exchange rate market.

It doesn't matter as long as you deposited the correct amount from day one.

Sorry if this is coming late. You can apply for visa now or next month with that passport, you will still be issued a visa if you met the requirements. When the passport expires it will not affect the visa on it.

Send the originals, they will return the payslips and utility bills with your passport.

Now i am confused if i still continue to deny that i dont have a relative in the UK, and i listed my popsy in my application. wont they run a check on my oldman and discovered that he and sister have been to UK and mentioned my brother in their application?

You need to select Yes when asked if you got a brother in the UK.

my people i greet una oooo. Please i am here for help however i am open to criticism if needs be but i will confess that i have had enough stress already so please dont add more salt in my wound. Na beg i dey beg una oooo my wise people. I just got deported from the UK on Feb. 2014, i went as a student but things got very though cos of UK immigration policies every now and then. I got to marry a french national but it busted so i couldn't help the situation. They said i need to return home and i accepted and signed the documents but it is not because of what i have done but because of what they had believed. Note: its not because my visa had expired, ofcourse i had my valid student visas but not allowed work at all. Now i am in my fatherland thou not planning any travelling anytime soon, i want to find out from wise people on here if this situation has jeopardise any future travel plans anywhere in the world ofcourse except the UK.

You can still travel to other countries but you will struggle to get a visa to any Schengen country, US and Canada. You still have to declare your previous immigration record whichever country you are applying to.
