She told me she was short $500 in trying to get the visa. I told her I would send for her to come with a non-refundable, non transferable flight ticket but not sending money to know one I ever met.

ecatlin: I met a young lady on a Christian dating sight from Abuja back in March. We have been chatting and conversing over the phone for two months now and are friends on Facebook. She wants to come see me in the U.S. and is headed to Lagos to have some agency help her prepare her documents to get visa since she is self employed. This young lady is telling me that this agency is charging her $1000 dollars for the paperwork because her current funds she has would not be enough to qualify for visa. This agency is going to make it look like she has more money than what she actually has.

I thought about doing a letter of invitation for her but I don't feel comfortable sending my personal financial info along with the Letter. I really like this person! She seems very religious and into me. I just wonder if this is real or a scam. Please help

kapela3: @Justwise I got an offer letter from American College Dublin to pursue a Masters degree in International Business. It was stated in the offer letter that i need to pay the full tuition for the program.
please, do you know anything about this school as well as their standing in Ireland? because i'm planning to pay the tuition fee this week, so i want to be readily informed before i make the payment. I would also like to know the supporting documents required for visa purposes.

spikes C: Justwise, i wanna ask, the whole funds is currently in pounds. It will lose some value if changed to Naira and paid into my dad's account as uk embassy uses 260 Naira/£ . So, what if i use my personal domicilliary account, would i need to prove how i earn it?

reginabellca: i'm thinking of booking at croydon hotel which is like 11,500 per night. for 7 nights it would be 82,000 naira
flight ticket would be 140,000
transport and feeding in UK would be 28,000
then shoping would take 40,000. it would come to about 290,000.which is about 3 times my salary plus i still have saving to fall back on.

I'm currently in the Uk on a tourist visa(2yr). The thing is i need to switch to a business visitor visa. How do i go about this? do i have to come back home (Long thing) or can i apply through the home office here. I got offered a clinical Observer post and apparently i cnt do that on a tourist visa.

any advice you can give would be appreciated

Why take it on everybody and allow your anger get the better part of you. To think she will be wiser after the first thread, no, she starts a new one by herself, and flogs herself again.

It was just one thread from Mr Aigbe that gave birth to well over 30 new threads all from her.
