bobbyhenry: You are still rude as I've said earlier. Your impatience made you very rude. My aunty needed the French visa for tourism. She'd travelled to SA once and Dubai twice. She wants to use agent for her French visa.

But this time, I want to go for a filmmaking course there in Paris.

Your last message ought to be the first. Your reply is very helpful so I appreciate it.

Can we talk?

CEEJAY1: but she assured me it will be easy for them to give me VISA because she is the one inviting me. so you mean they wont give me visa without strong ties to NIGERIA?
Ok, i can only wish you good luck. I will never discourage you from applying as i'm not the German ambassador to Nigeria.

CEEJAY1: I know it is easier for her to come. All i am asking is after she comes and goes can she invite me and they give me VISA. She is even planning to invite me before she comes. How possible is that?
It will be difficult for you to get a visa considering your current situation, you don't have any strong tie to Nigeria if given a visa, you got no job, business, property of married, these are things that ties one to a country.

Yes she has a good job and a house but that is just one part of the story, another part is for you to be able to convince German embassy that you will return to Nigeria if given a visa because you have bla bla bla in Nigeria that you are doing...which serves as your tie to Nigeria.

CEEJAY1: Hello JUSTWISE, I am currently doing my NYSC and the German is just a good friend. Nothing more. She is planning to come visit me in Nigeria before she invites me. What do you think bro. Please give me good advice on what to do or if it will be possible if i am not related to her. She has a house and works with the Government.
Its easier for her to come and visit you in Nigeria than you getting a German visa. She can arrange for hotel accommodation and apply for Nigerian visa, that will not be a problem.

Sulevee: Please, can any body advice me. In 2009 I meet an agent who told me he was an agent to the UK embassy and then I had 1.5million naira and the school I applied to in uk splitted the school fees to four installment. Now the money I had was not enough for me to apply for student visa and I don't have a good bank statement . When I meet the agent he told me his brother works in the bank and that he can open an account for me and fund the account and use the bank statement for my visa application he even said I should add the 1.5m that I had to the account but I refused since he was funding the account. He asked me to pay him 300k for the him to apply for me. He asked for my admission letter, my CAS and all my certificates which I gave him. I paid him 200k and balance will be paid when the visa was out. He called me from Lagos asking me some questions about myself and my company. I told him everything about myself and he also told me he need to register a company for me.He did everything and called me from the Uk application center that I should come and sign the application form and submit. When I came to visa application center in Abuja, I signed the form and he told me to hurry up and submit which I did. After some week I went to collect my passport and I was refused on section 320 (7a) that I submitted fudged bank statement, fudged certificate of incorporation and and fudged tax clearance. I called him and he told me he has a lawyer who can write to the embassy for me. It was then I knew I was in the web of 419. Because he was still asking for more money but didn't give him the money. Since then when ever I called him he always tell me he is in lagos. I then made up my mind that when I have my money I will apply again and submit the good document without me knowing tha implication of 320 (7a) until this year 2012. I now have my money and I also got the PTDF scholarship to study for my master program in UK. I applied and I was refused on section 320 (7b) that in 2009 I submitted fudged documents. That if I applied again I will be refused till 2019. Please, I need a professional advice. My scholarship is still valid. How do I get out of this mess. What a world.
You are under 10yrs ban, forget about applying for any UK visa till 2019, serve your ban and learn from your mistake.

yasuleiman: Goodmorning, i use my current account for my transactions. Customers mostly pay cash, while those that in large quantities use the bank. Most times when i order for goods i use internet banking. Also, our family estate agent remit money accruing from properties willed to us by our late father.
On paper evidences on earnings, i only have invoice booklets, a copy of will.

You need to submit all that and use the blank space in application form to explain more about any money paid into your bank account that has no paper evidence to show the source of the money

dannywest: @justwise & all, Thanks for all your assistance so far, should be processing my Visa against January next week (Wish me luck). Please I want to know, I've businesses in Nigeria so I plan to visit Nigeria a couple of times (at least every 2 months) during the 1 year M.Sc, is there any special requirement for leaving and returning to my school (like Visa-wise) or do I just book my ticket, fly off and return? Thanks.
You definitely going to run into problem with the immigration if you travel that frequent and no school will authorise you to leave and enter that much. It has to be during summer or xmas holidays.

They called that respecting his human right? Right to live in the middle of the road? What quality of life will that elderly couple have living there? The chances of being knocked down by car is high and then the house will be knocked down.

yasuleiman: Thanks, Mr.Justwise. If you can remember, i presented my case to you on the U.K visa and appeal thread, i even sent you the result of my administrative review. If you dont mind, will state the two reasons i was refused, so you can give an honest and objective view and also proffer solution on how to go about it. I intend to re-apply by december.
Does your bank statement show the source of your income now? Can you provide paper evidences of your earnings?

yasuleiman: Goodmorning Vicjustice, on this tax issue. In Oyo state, new companies under the prevailing law and regulations guiding payment of income tax are not mandatory to pay income tax until after the first 3years of commencement. As a self-employed. What other tax payments do i stil need to proof. Though, i have being refused U.K visa twice. Thanks

That matters a lot.You need to state why you were refused a visa on those two occasions

justwise: Only your school can help you prove that the certificate is original, they have to write a letter to UKBA stating that the document is genuine and attack another original copy of the certificate to prove that the one you submitted before is original.

Please, whatever you do, don't try to make any change to the document because the UK embassy has a copy of the one you submitted previously and any attempt to tamper with the document will be noticed.

CEEJAY1: What will advice me to do Justwise? It is a German that is inviting me and the person has a good Job, works for the Government there. It is a Virgin passport i am going with because i have never traveled out of the country. The German assured me that they will give me VISA but i want to know how true that is. What do you think i apply as because i will like to start a new life there. Should i go with visiting first or what is the best thing i can go as so i can have chances of living there?
What do you do in Nigeria and what is your relationship with the German?

lamosy: @justwise

Thank you very much for you swift response. The mistake was the Attorneys because I told him I'll include all the western unions and emails he said I shouldn't worry because he felt since we live together in UK and both of our names appeared on our bills and council tax. I told him about sponsors undertaking still he argued that its not in their rules. When I scanned the form to him he believed me. My Job is on the line because of my papers, I didn't re apply because our account we use to have £35,000 when I submitted my application, later we bought a house in Malta with a little deposit from this account and loan granted by the bank. Now we have £12,800 this was why I was afraid to re apply and also that they don't find any other fault again that was why I opt for an appeal. I've been in Nigeria february till now, submitted application mid june got refused mid October. Its so sad Justwise that I didn't do my paperwork properly and the delay has cost me over £10,000 for staying in Nigeria, the money is for expenses, my husband is so sad that we from commonwealth country must pass thru this rigorous process, he's white british but love Nigerian Culture when he visited. I have a good job but my job is on the line trust me. I've been with my parents waiting patiently
That means I have another 3 months wait again? Mennn I miss my husband. Oh justwise pray for patience for me O. Thank you for your time. Cheers
You should have replied with few documents added and get your visa, you have even higher chances of getting it because you have documents to convince the ECO that the marriage is genuine and working so far.

Don't worry about the money you have spent on the house and stuff, its an investment, all you have to do is to attach the receipt of those purchases to your application.

Even as the appeal is still dragging you can still reapply with those new evidence and a letter from you and your husband stating how the refusal and more delay is affecting your marriage and work. You have a very clear case and a good chance is getting your visa this time around.

morjid: Dey didn't ban me for 10year they just refused me under paragraph 320 (7A) but dey wrote it there if they have use paragraph 320 (7B) that d automatic ban for 10years......in the refusal letter the consular wrote dat....I am not satisfy to the high degree probabilty that this document is not genuine den ur application now falls to be refused under paragraph 320 (7A)
When you are refused under paragraph 320 (7A) it means that you have submitting forged or fake document or that you have failed to disclose material evidence relevant to your application.

The punishment for refusal under 320 (7A) is highly likely 10yrs ban and the ban will not be mentioned on your refusal letter until you apply for visa again.
