If you do not have a CSCS account, indicate “No, I don’t” and select “Proceed” to fill the required fields to create a CSCS account.

Input your bank account details and re-insert your password for verification.

Select “Yes” when asked if you have a stockbroker and select a stockbroker that you want as your preferred stockbroker to open your CSCS account.

Review the subscription summary, submit, and make payment as directed.

On successful payment, a notification is sent to your email.

Generally that is the usual practice an account must be six months or more old before confirmation of signature can be issue on it.
It's not because it's estate account.
