SirAweezy: The earlier you know your partner, the better for you. This can make him/her adjust to settle down to reality quickly. What happened to the op is redeemable. And not a close ended one. Every act of cheating is redeemable until ashawo galore part 4. |

SirAweezy: I can't overule your point they are making sense. But her marriage is too young, she needs to find a way to forgive. But she if can't it's okay. Same advise I'll give to my daughter. To months and you want to quit.? No! Two months? Absolutely. I feel it is way easier to quit now than let's say 10, 15years of marriage. |

SirAweezy: The guy seems caring and loving from her post... not egotistical, not all men cook, run errand for the house, besides if you mention preek around right? Do you know who she is meeting with Next?
All I'm saying no matter what her hubby deserves a second chance, the only man that doesn't cheat is the only man that fears God greatly. Not the principled ones, nor the so call realist.
I've seen little of men, even pastors that covers themselves under the grace of God to manipulate church women.
So many things I'd like to say from the this real world of marriage. It is never the way you painted. You just have to make it work if you want it.
But it's a choice. So, because you meet someone who is caring and loving , you should overlook the cheating because of caring and loving. If your wife was the "ultimate" housewife, will you overlook her affairs. I mean as long as she cooks and cleans for you, it is all good right? Life does not work like that, daddy! Just because as a friend you give me money does not mean you have the right to maltreat me. The next preek could even be better, no one should sell themselves short. Infact, I find that people who seem very caring and loving but have evil habits are the worst kind. Those are the ones who will poison you slowly without you knowing. And it is the one that tends to hurt even more. Very sly and conniving set of humans. They are only wearing a mask. |

I mean she said she adjusted but:
If you feel weird to have a wife who is an actress, one should not seek an actress. Save everyone the stress of "I do not want you doing this and that" and "but you met me doing this and that". You are only looking for trouble especially if it is someone who does not want to "adjust".
You cannot fall in love with an ashawo at an ashawo joint and expect her to leave if she does not want to. |

SirAweezy: Yes I'll !! (Eventhough in this case they weren't married yet) I remember... My ex of 5years cheated on me with a lecturer in OAU that year.. Caught them pants down, and I was still willing to make it work after a year they were still seeing and I confronted her with proofs and she admitted thinking I'll end it.. The least I did was to withdraw the engagement ring I gave to her and tell her to prove she has change.
You wouldn't want to know what happened at the end. But all are stories now and I'm still me.
Sometimes you make it work(not forcing to work though).
But in this case the OP needs to be patient for real. (My spirit tells me she will be the loser at long last). That guy will grow up for real. Your feeling tells you she will be a loser in the long run? The woman is not relying on the husband, she has her own money, no kids, marriage was only two months ago, she seems young. You must be high on acid. |

Once you notice that tension or a little bit of hint, it will be advised to avoid visiting his house to avoid stories that touch since you haven't estabkished such rapport. I cannot speak of the degree of bestiality in men but I assure you its present.
Would you trust any man asking you to visit his home?
Some men are more beast than men while others are more men than beast. My mum would say, not every one you see dressed up and looking decent and speaks good is normal. Some people's psyche have been seriously bleeped up. In sum, women should strive to cease being in situations where they turn victims or vulnerable. Its a vicious world to all of us, even Jesus wasn't spared. @bolded, I do not just trust anyone asking to come visit their homes including women but that is not the point as we are talking about situations were one has gained your trust. I see, so basically do not trust a man you have a sexual connection with. |

kart042000: You are obviously ignorant what marriage is all about, you think it is a relationship you break up and pick another. A wise woman builds her home while a foolish one brings it down. The only ignorant person here is you. You are not even ashamed of yourself to use your fingers to type such rubbish about a wise woman builds her home when the thread is about a cheating man, you don take style twist everything back to the woman. See, I want to forever be ignorant and unwise if I do not believe in the bullshyt sufferhead til death do you part mentality. This same bullshyt is how many husbands have no respect for their women because they know they can get away with anything. It is this same mentality that causes women to overlook their children being abused because it is more of a problem to be unwed than your child being abused. This mentality is no different to the mentality being drummed into women's ears that men will regard you more if you keep your virginity(was it not this virginity the op was keeping when he take style become an amateur po.rnstar? Ladies take note)-men will regard you more when you become that "virtuous" woman who overlooks the partner's marital failures. You must think you are speaking to primary school students with such rubbish, marriage doesn't change the dna code of men as humans. You will always be taken for granted and walked on like carpet. Like I wrote, let me be that unwise woman who doesn't want to build her home on stds, cancers, tears and pain and also showing the next generation, how to have no worth and respect for thyself. For your mind now you don advise am better thing. Nonsense |

Teempakguy:
The largest thing we know in science is a Brane. Brands contain universes. Universes contain clusters. But, Clusters are made of galaxies. Galaxies are made of stars . . . well, mostly stars. Stars have systems. Each star system has planets. Planets have . . . "spheres" our planet, Earth, has a biosphere This biosphere is made of living organisms. Like you and I . . . and goats. These organisms are made of organic systems. These systems are made up of organs. like that tongue. Organs are made of tissue. Tissue, is made of cells Cells are made up of organelles. Organelles . . . are made up of GIANT molecules! Molecules are made up of atoms . . . Now, atoms are made of subatomic particles . . . the electron, the protons, neutrons. Wait . . . even the neutron is made up of the electron and the proton. The proton is made of quarks! And quarks are made up of little, cute, superstrings.
Gluons keep the atom core together and photons are the senior messengers that carry energy. little neutrinos are the junior messengers. they can go anywhere. We must not forget the higgs boson. This bulky guy gives all the other particles mass!! The electron is the negative guy that actually allows matter to occupy space!! Without that dude, matter would smash into each other and form huge black holes But nothing would be complete without the graviton. A really, really small particle which is really good at hiding. It allows you to play football, play "no bouncing" jump, play basketball, even swim
The universe is fascinating!! Each level of arrangements have a whole lot of juicy facts and patterns that can make your head swirl with excitement!! Which is why we study it with mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology! And in science, our ultimate goal is to be able to explain every thing. To understand your universe. From the smallest string, to the largest Brane. In fact, EVERYTHING
Cheers! What makes up the superstrings? |

Acidosis: Nope, laptop & smartphone. Any man whose phones & laptop is free of "illegalities" deserves an absolute trust. The problem is you need to get closer in order to access these gadgets. Often times, we also deceive ourselves by ignoring these stuffs in the name of privacy. I re-read this and I am confused? Is this getting to know a guy before or after marriage? Because I am wondering how someone will give their phone to a chick/guy they just met just for the sake of knowing who they really are. |

5minsmadness: We are derailing. However.
I have had more than one occasion where I have invited a relatively new chic to my house and catered to her needs without engaging in any sexual overtures. The results are always the same. They go home and start gossiping how u are a prude or you don't like sex or you don't like them. This "come to my house" syndrome is not just an affectation of the male species alone. Females feel if they come to your house and spend the night and you don't make a move towards them then there is something wrong somewhere. We are but the op is dealing with her husband so until she gets back....I just want to understand it from your perspective. That's a lie or you have been with small girls. Like I said, if there is a mutual understanding, then you should know where you stand. In all my years, I have never heard a single female complain/angry about going to a man's house and the man didn't try to move to her, unless, there was that understanding that something may happen via previous conversations. Even that, no such conversations of it out of anger, yes, there may be conversations of what did not happen but not because of anger but just the jist that the thing that was expected did not happen. If you have only been having casual conversations, I don't think you should jump the gun if that understanding has not been established. What I see here is just you making assumptions, because a female comes to your house she's expecting the D. She might, she might not. She might even be expecting it another day. So is it because of the mentality that something may be wrong somewhere or she will go talk about the guy that many turn themselves into criminals overnight by committing ra.pe? |

blublahd: Actually I don't, would rather prefer I do it in your house. Except if she says otherwise. But traditionally, going to a dude's house, you must have established a good amount of rapport, anything short of that am afraid, is stupid and naive. I believe I implied the bolded in a previous post. If not and by rapport, you mean some form of sexual tension that needs to be released once they see each other at his place? This means any woman who has not established such rapport is asking to be ra.ped? Or, should not trust any man who asks for a visit to his home? If this is what you mean, speaking objectively, do you feel it is ok, to make men seems like they cannot be amicable with the opposite sex without sexual frustration? |
