I didn't come to nairaland to engage people with the IQ of domestic animals... people like you are my servants in real life. Go get a little education and orientation it will help your small life.
With your gigantic IQ, you supported the failure Tinubu and hoped for a miracle when other did the pratical work of opposing him. grin

Mr. Big IQ, did you think Tinubu will read your open letter or BRICS will ever allow a shitty country like Nigeria join them? If your answers are yes, well...

...maybe you are not so smart afterall.

The ploy is to increase fuel price.

Please let's go straight to the point and stop going through the corners.

Increase this thing and let us rest.

But the majority of wealthy Nigerians live in Nigeria. It is actually a standard thing to do - the wealthy set of people reside in their dominant society. The purchase of second citizenship is to ease movements and offer a second option considering Nigeria's fractured state. I want to bet many wealthy Namibians don't bother buying a second citizenship. Money gives options, so wealthy people will opt for greater options.
But they are not anti-japa and they will be the first to move when things become unbearable or if their home country threatens their livelihood.

Some anti-japa here will cry if you send your kids to US to study.

Honestly, the naira might be exchanging for 5000 naira to a dollar by year end. That 30000 naira go be like 6 USD. Wahala o. What's the solution?
It's a sinking ship, we look for way to abandon o.

I no collect president work o, if he no sabi make e resign.

Even tho I love to troll APC but under that facade is this great annoyance, I mean, we could have easily avoided Tinubu.

The day I go miss commot for here, I will definitely denounce both country and tribe. Both have been practically useless to me.

Until then, aluta continua.

Bros abroad no easy but I don't think anywhere on earth is currently as bad as Nigeria now. I can't even imagine what Nigeria will look like after 8 years of APC. I predict that a lot of children will kill their parents out of frustration for birthing them in Nigeria.
Abroad no easy, abroad no easy but e no fit bad reach this current Nigeria.

I care little about how bad things are now, even tho they are really bad, my fear is how bad things will get.

30k is $20 now grin, in 3 months e fit be $10 grin grin

Do you know how bad that is? We have really poor and abysmal purchasing power. Like, we no get any level. Chai! cry

Omo! I no just understand.

If we had no leader things wouldn't even be this poor but then sha, my people talk say na igbo man be their problem say make we elect our brother, when we no gree dem call us bastard.

If you can wait a little longer, things will become worse.

People that are abroad and people that are dead don't know what the lord have done for them.

Those making dollars while in Nigeria have no reason to japa.

An instance is the children/close relatives of cocoa farmers and exporters. If I see any such person japa, I will ask hard questions.
Funny, why then do you think politicians are buying seconds citizenship for themselves and their families when they are the top 5 richest in the country.

If I had plenty of money, Nigeria wouldn't be the place I'd want to endure enjoy it.

Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Crude Oil Production Dropped By 3,000 Barrels Per Day In January 2024 by Karleb(m): 7:34pm On Feb 14, 2024
Supply can not meet demand but all you people think of is how to increase the price.

If you like, make a litre N1k, as long as demand is more than supply, the true value of a liter will get there and naturally surpass that amount. Let's even forget about refinery or no refinery for now.
Food › Re: Hardship: FG Moves To Regulate Food Prices by Karleb(m): 7:31pm On Feb 14, 2024
Johnjustice:
Forex problem is about too much demand for dollars, due to high importation volume, and hoarding of dollars by Nigerians causing dollar scarcity...it's very different from government protecting it's people against producers and manufacturers from exploiting the people.

Make una dey think, make dem no think say all Nigerians are idiots.

Dollar issue and domestic pricing issues very different.
I should ask you to think before you type because it's obvious you are not using your thinking cap.

Why didn't said dollar hoarding harm the naira during GEJ's tenure or why wasn't it this bad under Buhari, even though Buhari was really bad.

Mr slowpoke, your Man Crush Monday is clueless about how to run a country and has been going from failure to failure, na here we go dey when price of food will double again.

He said he opened national reserve but food prices are still soaring higher.

When something like food is scarce, do you regulate the price or increase it's production? grin This is basic economics fgs! huh

All this una dark age policies.

Your Tinubu is the president, the buck stops at his table. His economic policy is what brought the country to its current state and the way it’s going, it doesn’t look good.
I'm actually making jest of Agbadodarians that don't know politics nor economy.

They are found of asking such foolish questions.

I will rather die than support APC or Tinubu.

If you can learn Portuguese, apply for scholarship in Brazil. The Gcub scholarship will commence in the middle of this year.

Even if you don't get the scholarship, try to get the admission and save more for accommodation and feeding, education is free there.

Save what you currently have in dollar.

This question again. grin

It's like saying, why go to school when you can buy the certificate.

Then only country that does it is USA and that's because they have their military and sanctions as backing.

What US does is synonymous to kidnapping the family of a prospective employer if they refuse to employ you with a degree you bought.
