I'd strongly suggest you lease it. Leases are paid per square metre. Given the location and size of your warehouse, you could earn in excess of 50m naira annually on the property. I may not totally support OP's decision not to defend himself or tell his own side of the story, but I must commend his maturity and favourable disposition towards life and optimism of the future. I almost screamed out in class after viewing it. Whoever did that deserves the upgrade of the year award. I see nothing wrong with the price. After all, people upgrade 2004 G - Wagon to 2016 to sell for 9m upwards unless it's a full interior dashboard and exterior upgrade. All this person needs to do is tune the engine further to produce more speed and boom! That's all.


And yes, if I had the funds, I'd buy this "contraption" and complete the upgrade, if possible. By the time I'm done, I wouldn't be spending above the purchase price to kit it up into a 2017 vogue. The engine story would be something for another day.

Thanks man. OP should just take note and be careful. Suicide is real but when there's an emotional entanglement like this, it's going to be bad for him especially if he lacks influence in the right places. Reporting first is just a safety measure to avoid future trouble if she makes good her threat and nobody would tell him that cos they're all too busy recounting their own experiences

You can report to the police. Last I remembered, attempted suicide is an offence punishable under Nigerian law. That way, if the police swoop in on her about to commit suicide, it's her case. If she's successful with it, then with what you have as evidence on your phone, you would have escaped the entire trouble since you alerted the authorities on time.
