When you become born again you are redeemed by the blood of Jesus to be the son of God so you are free and at liberty from all oppression of the devil,curses cos Jesus had taken ur place however it is your spiritman that is redeemed you are still in the flesh and this world so he curses might be showing up cos we are yet conform fully to the nature of the spirit but when that happens you need a renewal of mind to to remind yourself that you are no longer cursed you are redeemed already by this you stay afloat the curses .you are an heavenly being not this earthly being that curses can work in their lives.if u just say you are born again and don't engage these curses you might be under them cos the devil still owns this earth till we are fully redeemed.
