ShaqFu:
What has the run time got to do with the movie hitting a billion dollars?

Believe me, I didn't even notice it until I read it here.

Billion dollar movies usually hit that mark through rewatch value. Not a lot of people are going back to the cinema to sit through another 4-hour viewing. Would've to be cut down to around 3 hours, at least, if they want to hit a billie

ShaqFu:
that movie would have been a billion dollar banger...

With that runtime, I doubt. 700m strong most likely.

Be careful what you wish for. I read somewhere the movie is knocking on 4 hours

4 hours is nothing when you're enjoying the movie. ZSJL is a testament to this.

Amazon forest 2025 ad

If they give us the rock they may as well give us Jason statham as well.

The baldinators

Statham chases the Rock and his ward for half the movie and then they bond over robot jokes. Why does this sound familiar? grin

Kaycee, how this cooking be??

Haven't really got around to seeing Cells at Work yet but anime live-action adaptations don't really inspire positive feelings. Na to just wait make them cook finish.

True... You're right. They're using Dwayne as the fall guy since the movie is performing worse than the predecessor. But when you see the precedent Dwayne is setting and his actions you begin to wonder if this dude truly love Black Adam as he's been preaching all these years or whether he even understands the character sef. How do you plan a universe without the most important character in your Universe. A character you're so attached to.

Somehow I'm happy Black Adam flopped cos this clueless guy would have butchered the universe far worse than the shite he put up in the movie.

A successful BA would've been a serious cog in the switch to the DCU. Part of the obvious reason why Fury of the Gods' marketing was non-existent. They basically need to be done with the old regime.

This just shows how dumb the Rock is or doesn't even understand the character he's been making noise about all these years. Wtf, this guy's ego and ignorance is unbelievable. 😢😢

Stuff like this makes you even happy he's gone and his movie flopped.

Part of me feels like they're using Dwayne as a fall guy as well. Afterall, we weren't in the room when the business was going down so they can dump as much Ls as they can on him

Damn. Didn't know Kingdom goes this hard

Not that many people do. Could've gained some traction in the anime community with its adaptation but some production issues harmed its reputation.

We can give them water based on say they battled on snow and ice in Fate of the Furious. Na fire remain
