You can also go to GTB and request for a prepaid dollar card...then fund the card with USD and do ur payments...

Please I am trying to register for my PCC online, but I don’t have access to the email captured on my NIN, the email update I did on my bvn is not reflecting. I am not seeing any steps online as to how I can update email on Nin, I have contacted NIMC, no response. Please what other alternatives can I use to procure my PCC .. Kindly advise

Hmmn I had this same problem last year when I got my ITA..it wasn't a small thing at all...
Go to NIN office to correct the email
Go to your bank to correct the email on your BVN
Look for someone who works with NIN to help you follow up the correction because that was what saved me.
PCC can only be gotten online...I had several email conversations with them and they were extremely helpful but you have to get the email corrected at NIN before the PCC can be done.

My wife is the primary applicant but I have the funds for POF, how should she present the POF, considering its with me, and I can't do huge transfer to her account to avoid any red flag.

Write a letter of Explanation....I did just that..Funds was in my spouse's account.

The 1st time I got an email saying my passport is ready for collection and I went to VFS...I was told to wait for an SMS that the passport wasn't ready...The SMS came in the next business day and it was actually ready for collection...no appointment needed...just walk in and pick up with ur documents.

Most times...you will get no records found if you've made a mistake with the tracking ID/DOB...please try it again. But if its a PR appli cation..it may take more than a week to get another update. ...

Kenya is/was preferred because you could get your passport and COPR in 2 weeks. Lagos and Abuja route theirs to Accra and that can take between 4 to 6 weeks.

I submitted my passports at VFS Abuja : 8th April
Got to IRCC Accra: 15th April
Copr and visa issues: 18th April
Dispatched back to me: 22nd April
Got to Lagos VFS: 25th April
Picked up my passport and COPR: today30th April

I'm soooo Elated.

It's PPR and my turn to dance
Started this journey in 2019, given up along the way, IELTS expired, profile expired, chop breakfast join😂, cried, rejoiced with others, prayed, fasted and it has come to pass.

I am sharing this because one thing that really helped me was reading other's PPR story, It encouraged me and lately I don't see so much here again so if you are someone like me. This is for you. Stay hopeful.

I had 8.5 in listening....you just need to listen attentively....your mind shouldn't drift for even a second ..listening carefully and you will be fine....Practice , Practice and practice.

Hi...same expeerience, I did biometrics for TRV in Dec 2023, now I got a BIL for my PR application yesterday, the challenge now is...vfs canada site seems not to be working well as I have been getting this error on several browsers, devices and laptops.

Please are you able to book another biometric appointment?

I had the same experience with the site...just keep trying. It will eventually go through...All the best.

Hi everyone, I received a rejection to my EE application this morning. I am currently in Canada on a Work Permit.

I submitted my application January 15th, 2024.
Please can someone explain to me the reason for the rejection?

I left Nigeria for Canada on the 20th of November, prior to my departure I did another PCC on the 14th of November because the previous one I did was due to expire same month. I used the PCC I did on the 14th of November for my EE application.

IRCC also made mentioned of documents to be valid prior to the time of submission of EE, my LMIA is still very valid but they said the validity period is just 6months from the date of receipt of the LMIA.

Hi....so sorry about the rejection...
Here is what I think
1. If you filled your country of residence as Canada...then the PCC from Nigeria needed to have been gotten after you left Nigeria and not before leaving Nigeria.
2. I don't really know about the LMIA part.
So sorry...I'm in an almost similar situation and I've been having palpitations.

It takes less than a week....just go to the possap site...you will need to give them ur proof of foreign residence and ur fingerprints.

Please I have an urgent question guys...I'm.about to submit my application but concerning the upfront medicals....I had an IME done as part of a previous immigration application but I am not living in Canada so am I to submit that medical sheet or the blank page as per the new instructions? Coz I'm really confused...its states to submit the previous medicals if done for a previous application and you are currently living in canada or upload a blank sheet If uve never done an IME...so I'm in-between....please who can help?...thanks in advance

They’ll probably update your application to submit tax clearance certificate too. If you go into Stanbic to get the pta, they always ask. They asked me.

sorry, I’m just seeing this. You fill out a form on cbn website. You will need your tax clearance certificate and your travel itinerary . Go into the bank and follow their directives.

Thanks a lot...I have filled the form on the cbn site but I wasn't asked for Tax clearance...just visa and flight details...hope I'm on track?

I downloaded stanbic statement from my bank app and used it with no issues. I also included a reference letter gotten from the bank as well, stating the details of my account.
I don't know if this helps.

Please how many letters in total are needed from the bank? Is the letter of non indebtedness different from the reference letter?
