Portharcourt was so named by luguard in 1912. Before the Christening, the area was called Igweocha by the natives. No wonder till this day some people in Elele will rather say "I am going to Igweocha" than saying "I am going to Port Harcourt"

On the contrast, Yoruba's fiercely lay claim to Lagos. But I do not know or have not heard about its Yoruba name. Maybe there simply isn't . I hope I would be proved wrong. This is because "Lagos" is a name that takes after a port in Portugal and was given by the Portuguese. Eko the only known native name is an Edo name (meaning war camp) given by the Benin kingdom.

I need Yoruba to tell us, What is the Yoruba name of Lagos?

Eko is just one tiny island in Lagos. We have Ikeja, Apapa, Surulere, Ikorodu, Ogba, Amuwo Odofin, Lekki etc etc.

Not only do you totally misread the oriki as telling of yoruba and edo origin rather than telling of the family origin (that is from Bini) . Now you've gotten no information that can be used to know the family better (what the oriki is intended for in the first place) because of your obsession with trying to connect with Hebrews.
Not to mention how you attempt to get Yoruba meanings out of Edo names

The history of the Anambra connection with the Igala kingdom is contained in the traditions of a group of related villages that form a clan known as Umueri.

This group is settled in two sections, roughly midway between Onitsha and Awka; the northern section is centered on Aguleri, an important trading town on the left bank of the river Anambra, and the southern section has its centre at Nri, some thirty miles away.

The towns forming the first section are Aguleri, Nteje and Oreri.

The northern Umueri villages say that the clan was founded by a man called Eri who came to the Anambra are from Igala country, and settled at Aguleri.

Some versions say that he was a hunter, and others that he was an Igala war leader; it is uncertain whether there was an existing settlement when Eri arrived or whether the locality was unoccupied.

Eri's first son, Nri left his father's home to found the town that bears his name, and other sons founded the remaining towns in this group.
