I am so curious about a very beautiful Calabar lady I’m befriending, so I decided to know more about Calabar and its people. Whao! I can’t believe my eyes seeing these extremely beautiful pictures, I’ve never thought Calabar would be this beautiful. I shall soon pay a visit to this serene place. |

This tournament should be called off to honour those who lost their lives, besides who knows what can happen on the field of play? SUPER EAGLES should please pull out now! There will always be another day to fight (play) if there is life. |
Politicians P_L_E_A_S_E put your acts together and act appropriately NOW because we don’t want to wake up one day and hear this: Fellow Nigerians, In view of the happenings of the recent weeks, blah-blah-blah… But it seems this republic is winding up, care must be taken. |
No it is not, but I think it's the wife’s responsibility to keep his clothes clean and readily available always. |
I forgot to add God bless Babatunde Raji Fashola |
KunleOshob:True talk. Award or no award, Fashola has really proved that he is a man to be reckoned with in terms of governing. Action speaks louder… A man like him is what the country needs at this crucial time to forge ahead. Eko oni baje! Naija si ma dun si! |

Imagine you have a child in school and the chancellor advised you on the poor performance of the kid and regarded him/her as the worst pupil but all you have to say is that your kid can never be the worst in school just because he’s your kid, fool; it’s for your own good. The advice of the chancellor is for you to encourage your kid to be serious with his studies and it’s not a way of disgracing you before it becomes igbehin lo ndun oloku ada. So as a sensible parent you ought to know what rightly you need to do. Until we start to tackle our problems sincerely, sensibly, dedicatedly and professionally, that’s when we can forge ahead, I could remember late in the 80s when Nigeria was rated as the thirteen poorest nation by the IMF or World Bank, many vehemently challenged that as well, but few years later we were on our kneel asking the West to clear off our misuse debts, if we are not poor why can’t we pay up instead of begging for debt relief. My advice to all and sundry is to keep sentiment out of most things that affects us as a nation so as to move forward, the question goes why then do we clamour for changes if everything is well? Eni ti a na ni kumo mefa toni okan ko ba oun, ara re lowa. All I want you to know is that nothing is permanent, so there is still room for improvements if we strive harder, cooperate with the government of the day and we learn to act selflessly, we shall soon be there. God Bless! |
Try and lay your hand on Akon “Lonely CD” so you and he would be on the same world, which implies that you’ll never be lonely again… ![]() KEEP SEARCHING THOUGH! ![]() |
It is what you do after a disaster that gives it a meaning. No one is saying other places on earth especially the West is paradise without flaws, but the rapid approach of their government in correcting societal flaws and making life easier to live are what attracted most of us, give it a year or two the 1 in 50 would have improve to 1 in 100 or 1 in 1000, here we don’t even have basic statistics of anything talk less knowing where we belong. If you do not know let's show you. Just last December my in-law lost over N5m due to port congestion I mean LAGOS PORT on a consignment of goods from the Orient which had arrived the port since August when a $ was N118, he was just lucky to get it cleared only last month. It is a nice thing to be patriotic but it a serious case not to be able to read between the lines. Imagine some people comparing Lagos to Mogadishu, we need to be counted among the best not other way round, we are not where we suppose to have been my dear, when people are talking about the World we suppose to claim a respectable position with all the human and natural resources we are blessed with, but reverse is the case. So what do we do? We need to brace up and work together and make our worst to become best, it’s just a matter of trying. Late Fela was quite correct when he sang “Suffering & Smiling” released in 1978 and relevant in 2009, please by this time next year lets prove Abami Eda wrong, its require collective action base on one condition that we are ready to work together to save Lagos in particular and Nigeria in general. So help us GOD. |

We are all bunches of hypocrites, I’m sorry I didn’t mean to bullshit anyone, the report was correct at least to some extent. Surely, Lagos can not be the WORST PLACE to work, but maybe one of the worst. We are no lover of TRUTH, simple. We are a proud people, we hate criticism, and we don’t like anyone to point out our faults in which we all are a witness to. Although it’s nobody’s business but we are the one bearing the brunt. So as far as many Lagosians believe LAGOS IS THE BEST PLACE TO WORK, abi no be so? Yeah, it’s nice to be positive but serious works need to be done not just talk-talk. So, kudos to our able governor, BRF and his team who are working tirelessly day and night to see our aspiration comes true, Eko ko ni baje oo , if we contribute our P-O-S-I-T-I-V-E quota. |
O’ yes, after all we are best of friends. |
[/Should I change for him or should I keep upsetting him?] |
It's a welcome development. The wise should start earnestly to strategize ways of moving ahead. |
