In all of the Old Testament, there is no clear description of God. In the New Testament, Apostle John apparently had the greatest revelation of God. In Jn. 1:18, Apostle John testifies that no-one has ever seen God; and this was written after the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ. So, even they that were with Jesus Christ throughout the time of his earthly ministry never saw God. However, Jn. 1:18 does indicate that Jesus Christ was at the Father’s side, as at the time when Jn. 1:18 was written. The reality is that until Jesus Christ resurrected to the throne of God, he never saw God physically. Even in 1Jn. 4:12, apostle John once again stated that no-one has ever seen God, and he didn’t write “except Jesus Christ”. Re. 4:2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. Re. 4:3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian. A rainbow, resembling an emerald, encircled the throne. Re. 4:4 Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads. Re. 4:5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. Before the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits [Or the sevenfold Spirit] of God. Jesus Christ never described God during his earthly ministry; but after he ascended to heaven, he gave a revelation of God to Apostle John. And Apostle John wrote it down for us. Re. 4:3 describes God to be more like rocky substance (Rock of Ages). God does not resemble man at all; and God does have a physical appearance. Re. 4:5 shows us that God emits or releases flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder—indication of extraordinary energy. Associated with God are also seven blazing lamps, which are the seven spirits or sevenfold Spirit of God. There is clearly no indication that God is made up of any three persons; instead, we see that God is a supernatural ultra-powerful entity that possesses seven spirits or sevenfold Spirit. The Spirit of God is portrayed like blazing lamps; the light from the lamps reach beyond the universe. So, God emits spiritual light to the whole universe just like our sun emits solar energy to the solar system. |

Jn. 11:25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; Jn. 11:26 and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” Jn. 17:3 Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. Why is it that Jn. 11:26 has not been applicable to believers in Jesus Christ? The reason is simply that every promise of God can only be appropriated by faith. Appropriation by faith requires knowledge. Jn. 17:3 implies that in order to appropriate Jn. 11:26, a person must have clear and accurate knowledge of the only true God and of Jesus Christ. And it is not any knowledge that is needed, but knowledge that will enable a person to conquer death by faith, in the land of the living. Obviously, only those who conquer death like that can ascend to heaven (rapture) from the land of the living. |

dd12345:You are not aware how much harm the trinity doctrine woven by Romans has done to Christianity. Trinity is one of the reasons why Jews believe that Jesus is a false messiah, and hence that Christianity is fake. The problem people have is that they do not understand who God is. Do you know that God is the power of the universe? If you know who/what God is, you won't be imagining that God came as Jesus Christ. What really happened is that God manifested in Jesus Christ through His Spirit. It is just like comparing being at the surface of the sun with being in the Sahara Desert at noon during Summer. Even though the heat in the Sahara Desert is from the sun, the magnitude of the heat at the surface of the sun cannot be compared with Sahara Desert heat. Re. 4:2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. Re. 4:3 And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian. The topic of this thread is somehow complex; complex because advanced spiritual knowledge is required in order to correctly answer the question posed by the title of the thread. There are two spiritual kingdoms that have influence on mankind, represented by the two trees in the middle of the Garden of Eden. We all know that Adam and Eve chose to follow the way of Satan. Virtually all the descendants of Adam and Eve followed the kingdom of Satan. In those early days, knowledge of God was still available, but most people were not interested in meeting the conditions for drawing near to God. Only rare people like Enoch, Noah, and eventually Abraham cared enough for God to attempt to meet His conditions. With time, people began to lose knowledge of God. By the time of Abraham, only Abraham had enough faith that was acceptable to God; so, God chose Abraham for perpetuation of knowledge of His kingdom on earth. As time progressed, the rest of the world knew nothing about God and all followed the kingdom of Satan. Abraham had two sons; Ishmael and Isaac. Apparently because Ishmael's mother belonged to a people that were deeply covenanted with Satan, God knew that Ishmael would not be able to follow Him acceptably; so, Isaac was elected God's remnant on the earth. Isaac had two sons; Esau and Jacob. Esau related too closely with and married a woman from Canaanites that were too much involved with the kingdom of Satan; consequently, he could not concentrate on the way of God. That was how Jacob became the only son of Isaac to hold the light of the knowledge of God. All the children of Jacob (renamed Israel) were elected to be the people of God. Why were other people not included in the people of God? It is spiritual affair. Other people are deeply covenanted with Satan. Their environment was ruled by Satan. Satan makes it very difficult for people under his domain to seriously follow the way of God. However, people in ancient times that moved to live with Jews were able to join the people of God, because Satan's influence on them became minimal. Even Jews, due to influence of Canaanites (who were covenanted to Satan) also abandoned the way of God to join the kingdom of Satan. macof:In 2009, I had a dream in which I knew that there was a virgin land located to the south of Israel. The virgin land was also located to the east of my fatherland and was separated from my fatherland by two countries. I also knew that my people (Jews of Nigeria) and Israelis have the right to go and grab portions of this virgin land a their personal possession. It is very easy for Israelis because the virgin land shares border with their country; whereas, for my people they need to get visas for the two countries that separate my fatherland from the virgin land. I saw myself in the dream telling my people about the opportunity to grab a portion of the virgin land. I told them that getting the visas for crossing the two countries is very easy. Then I woke up. I couldn't understand why it was easier for Israeli (white) Jews to get to the virgin land than for my people, until recently. Just like @Macof wrote in the quote above, white Jews are descendants of Jews that returned from exile in Babylonian. Their ancestors forever rejected Satan and accepted Yahweh as their God. Jews of Nigeria are descendants of Jews who were not exiled to Babylon, but went down to Egypt (Jeremiah 43) against God's word. So, our ancestors got deeply covenanted with Satan. Even though we are Christians today, the deep covenant with Satan by our ancestors still limits how close we could get to God. The two visas that my people must get has a lot to do with ancestral covenants with Satan. From what I have explained here, you can see the implications of descendants of Ishmael that were deeply covenanted with Satan suddenly springing up a new religion (Islam) and claiming that God has suddenly chosen them over the Jews and gave them new laws. Wonderful! |

If any form of baptism was administered to you before your decision to repent, you need to be properly baptized in water (Acts 19:1-5). The problem of UNN and some other universities is not just funding. Our people do not consider decency in their reasoning. Our planning ability is also very poor. In the early days of UNN, when student population was low, there was adequate toilet, water, and other facilities. Then the student population began to explode, and the management is never bothered by insufficient facilities. Dysfunction has become the norm in most public things in Nigeria. The society has accepted it as Nigerian culture. The problem is the impression any foreigner who visits Nigeria has about us. 2 Likes |

In the Old Testament, God promised that He will show Himself holy to the world through Israelites in the diaspora. Incidentally, black African Jews will kick start this holiness revival (Zeph 3:10). More specifically, the holiness revival will be started by Jews of Nigeira. De. 28:36 The LORD will drive you and the king you set over you to a nation unknown to you or your fathers. But there are people, like me, who have experienced the beings and words of the Book. We know that they are real, You too can investigate the reality of the beings and the words of the Book. Assume that the beings exist and call on them with some reverence and ask them to show you if they are real. Don't call on them just once; continue to call on them until they reach out to you. Through the use of a computer program (called Stellarium) developed by NASA, it has been discovered that the sign of rev 12:1 will occur on 23-09-2017. I explained it in detail here. Stellarium shows that Jupiter will exit the constellation boundary of Virgo on 13-11-2017. Exit of Jupiter from Virgo symbolizes the man child coming out of the woman of Revelation 12. Shortly after 13-11-2017, the man child is snatched up to heaven. |

I was a university student when Buhari took over. It was a nightmare. Meal subsidy for we students was stopped immediately. Bursary awards given to students by state governments stopped immediately. In the name of changing the colour of some naira notes, the nation went through some weeks of hell fire. From Buhari the nation transitioned to Babangida, who sent all the European lecturers (that made Nigerian universities great) home. From Babangida we transitioned to Abacha, and the nation's educational system continued to be battered. Buhari started the chain of military rulers that destroyed this country. Whatever problem you see in Nigeria today has its root in Buhari's coup. Never mind people who see to have forgotten so quickly. All they tell you is that Buhari worked to instill discipline, just like ISIS doe in areas where they control. What about economic, educational and infrastructural development?
