The map of the world shown below is the future map of the world, apparently derived by combination of visions received by a number of prominent seers. The big question is, when is this future? I can tell you here that Jesus Christ's return will be in about seven years time. I am not talking about the rapture, but his physical return to commence physical reign over the world. Mt. 24:37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Mt. 24:38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; Mt. 24:39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Jesus Christ said that what happened during the time of Noah will happen during the time of his coming. This is how a 16th century English seer described the cataclysm that will precede the return of Jesus Christ: From Mother Shipton's prophecy For storms will rage and oceans roar When Gabriel stands on sea and shore And as he blows his wondrous horn Old worlds die and new be born. A fiery dragon will cross the sky Six times before this earth shall die Mankind will tremble and frightened be for the sixth heralds in this prophecy. For seven days and seven nights Man will watch this awesome sight. The tides will rise beyond their ken To bite away the shores and then The mountains will begin to roar And earthquakes split the plain to shore. And flooding waters, rushing in Will flood the lands with such a din That mankind cowers in muddy fen And snarls about his fellow men. He bares his teeth and fights and kills And secrets food in secret hills And ugly in his fear, he lies To kill marauders, thieves and spies. It will come true. And in some far off distant land Some men – oh such a tiny band Will have to leave their solid mount And span the earth, those few to count, Who survives this (unreadable) and then Begin the human race again. But not on land already there But on ocean beds, stark, dry and bare Not every soul on Earth will die As the Dragons tail goes sweeping by. Not every land on earth will sink But these will wallow in stench and stink Of rotting bodies of beast and man Of vegetation crisped on land. But the land that rises from the sea Will be dry and clean and soft and free Of mankinds’ dirt and therefore be The source of man’s new dynasty. And those that live will ever fear The dragons tail for many year But time erases memory You think it strange. But it will be. And before the race is built anew A silver serpent comes to view And spew out men of like unknown To mingle with the earth now grown Cold from its heat and these men can Enlighten the minds of future man. To intermingle and show them how To live and love and thus endow The children with the second sight. All these things you listed do not count at all. Let me show you the people that will make the rapture. Ep. 3:19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge — that you may be filled to the measure of all the fulness of God. Ep. 5:27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 1Jn. 3:2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, [Or when it is made known] we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. Those who will make the rapture must be filled to the measure of all the fulness of God. They must become exactly like Jesus Christ. There is no single Christian in the whole world today that qualifies for the rapture. The people of God are still in Egypt--today's churches. From towards the end of next month, the journey to the Promised Land begins. A group of end-time revivalists (end-time Moses company, the 144,000 Israelites) will arise; they will show the people of God the way to attain all the fulness of God. Those who follow their teachings seriously will eventually become the wise virgins of Matthew 25; Christians who do not take their teachings seriously enough will become the foolish virgins. |

If something goes wrong with the hydraulic system of the power steering, it becomes extremely difficult to steer the bus. Steering a luxury bus is very much like keeping the law of God. Without the power of the Holy Spirit, it is very difficult to keep the law perfectly. But, even with the availability of the power of the Holy Spirit, if the Christian does not take step to keep God's law,God's law will never be kept. It is just like a luxury bus driver not operating the steering, because he believes that the hydraulic power steering system is there to do it for him. When I was in the university, I once told my class mates that being a runner makes me to have good legs. One of my class mates responded, "Or is it that your good legs make you a good runner?" In the same manner, it is not keeping the law that makes a person holy. Rather, it is being holy that makes a person to perfectly keep the law. The question then is, what makes a person holy? It is the grace of God. And what is the grace of God? Ac. 10:38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him. Ac. 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” The grace of God is the power of God, which comes to a person who has the Spirit of God. Two issues then are involved in getting the grace of God. One is getting the Spirit of God; the other is how a person that has the Spirit of God gets divine power to be holy and to do miraculous works. These are two issues Christians will thoroughly resolve in this end time in order to make the rapture. End time is already here. Ebola is spreading. If Christians do not wake up to discover how to obtain the grace of God, they will perish with the world. The doctrines you hear about the grace of God in today's churches will not save anyone from things like ebola. 1 Like |

Sarassin: Historically it would be fairer to say that Saul wrote epistles and letters under the assumed name “Paul”. If an Apostle Paul had truly existed, then the “real” Apostles and evangelists would surely have reported him in their writings (as he was their “colleague” and author of marvellous acts carried out thanks to the impulse of Jesus: this fact, strangely enough, does not emerge). The only evangelist who speaks about Paul is Luke, who was neither an Apostle nor eyewitness of Jesus. Only Luke has Saul/ Paul interact with Simon Peter and John (in “Acts of the Apostles”) neither of whom mentions in their writings what would effectively be the miraculous workings of Apostle Paul.And you think that your vain philosophy is capable of overthrowing Christianity? You are too small! |

The gospel of Jesus Christ is greatly misunderstood. There is church business everywhere, raking in billions of naira, yet Christians have not clearly understood what the gospel of Jesus Christ is. So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin. How did Apostle Paul know that he had a body of death? Commandments of God (the Law) helped him to know that. So, we see the purpose of God's commandment: Ja. 1:23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror Ja. 1:24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. Ja. 1:25 But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it — he will be blessed in what he does. The Law is a mirror; it helps you to see the condition of your inner being (the soul). It is a sensor that is able to measure how alive your soul is. Every human being wants to be holy, but there is hardly a holy human being. How do we know that there is hardly any human being that is holy? It is because of the commandments of God. The Law helps us to know how holy people are. How holy a person is is an indication of the condition of the person's soul. In Rom 7:24, Apostle Paul says, "What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?" The soul of virtually every human being is in this same death condition; you want to be holy, but you are unable. In Rom 7:25, Paul gives thanks to God. Why? It is grace. Grace means that God imputes life and power into your soul. You are now able to be the holy person you have always wanted to be. The fact that you can be holy shows that your soul has been saved. If you wallow in sin and claim that you have been saved by grace, you are deceiving yourself. The only evidence that your soul has passed from death to life is if you become a holy person. When you look at the mirror, which is the commandments of God, and you are actually looking at your life, know that your soul is full of life. But if when you look at God's commandments, it is not describing your life, you are actually a wretched human being with a sick soul. 1Jn. 3:14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. The reason why the new Adam succeeded is that he was made to experience the hell that the fall of man is; something that the first Adam did not experience before temptation by the serpent. So, when Satan tempted the new Adam, the new Adam knew where yielding to Satan landed the first Adam. Ph. 2:5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Ph. 2:6 Who, being in very nature [Or in the form of] God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, Ph. 2:7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. Ph. 2:9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, When Satan tempted the first Adam, Satan sold them a lie that the way to become equal to God was by grabbing it by force through rebellion, and they bought the lie. Satan tried something similar with Jesus Christ, but the stand of Jesus Christ was that equality with God is not something to be grasped by rebellion. Instead of rebellion, Jesus Christ humbled himself to God and became a servant and obeyed God even to the extent of dying on the cross in obedience to God. God resurrected Jesus Christ from the dead and made him exactly equal to Himself by giving him access to everything that makes Him God. Jesus Christ rose from being human to being a life-giving spirit (God). This is the opposite of the doctrine that is common today: that God transformed from being God to being human and later died and rose up to become God again. The problem with this doctrine is that it works against God's plan. God guides human beings with types or examples. 1Pe. 2:21 To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps. Jesus Christ is an example or type of what God wants to do to any human being that loves Him. However, if Jesus was God before becoming man, then the example is useless, because no human being was God before becoming man. Jesus Christ actually began His existence as a new man (Adam). God begins a new man by giving him some measure of His Holy Spirit. As the new man lives a life that is pleasing to God, God increases the measure of the Holy Spirit. As the increase of the measure of the Holy Spirit continues, a stage is reached where God gives the Holy Spirit without limit--that is, all the fullness of God (Eph 3:19). At this point the human being transforms into a life-giving spirit. That is God's plan for every human being that loves Him. Jesus Christ is a type or example of a human being that loves God. The first Adam transferred his love to Satan. 1Co. 2:9 However, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him”. One funny thing I have noticed on Nairaland is that a person states the knowledge he has about something. Another person with a 'holier than thou' attitude vomits condemnation against the person who made effort to display some knowledge, without ever showing his own knowledge. Can you present what you know about the Holy Spirit and how easy it is to have Him dwell in a person? That is what this thread should be all about. |

Problem is, people don't know much about the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit in a person is a finger of God dwelling in that person. The person should immediately start working as God. Not just speaking gibberish, but also doing miracles, living holy life, being gentle and humble, and being a manifestation of love. Getting the real Holy Spirit is a very expensive thing. You will have to completely overhaul your life, dropping many aspects of your life and picking up many aspects, in order to get the fullness of the Holy Spirit. 1 Like |

Plz, when you get you stand, you let me knw...In every time in history, there has always been a remnant whose hearts are after God. Such remnants existed even during the medieval times. That is why you hear about a few people that the Roman Catholic Church designated as saints. You can guess what those who were not designated as saints were like. If the ministry of the Church was so effective, there would have been innumerable saints. Just like today that church is booming in Nigeria, yet most members of these churches are not saintly at all. |

Even if the Romans threw people to the lions, it is foolhardy to say they threw true christianity to the lions, Christianity is not a person please. There was never a time there was no true christianity or the truth of Christ's own words when he said "the gates of hades shall not prevail against the church" would have been defeated.It is not really a true or false situation now, as in classical logic. By this I mean that there is no "excluded middle" separating true from false. That is why in one of my posts above, I talked about going from black to white. There is a continuum between black and white, and hence no excluded middle. 2Co. 3:18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. The early (Jewish) disciples of Jesus Christ had already attained some great level of glory. They were in the process of extending this glory to gentiles when the Romans struck them and threw them to the lions. It was such a terrible setback that the Church went into a dark age. The Church went from the brightness we see in 2Cor 3:18 to extreme darkness, where men without adequate spiritual background started enacting dogmas and forced people through horrors to abide by them. After many centuries had been wasted in darkness, God moved Martin Luther to commence the reformation, which was the time Christianity began the movement from darkness towards light. One great hindrance in this movement has been the absence of involvement of Jews. In the light of Rom 11:17-18, the absence of Jewish involvement slowed down the speed of the movement from darkness to light. Even in this our time, we are still far from the target. Some Jews that will become the firstfruits among mankind (first set of people to become exactly like Jesus Christ) must arise so that the root of the Church (ancient Israel) thereby becomes holy. The root (the firstfruits) will then supply perfect living sap to the Church (Rom 11:17). This is what will perfect the Christians that will make the rapture. Re. 7:4 Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel. Re. 7:5 From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed, from the tribe of Reuben 12,000, from the tribe of Gad 12,000, Re. 7:8 from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000, from the tribe of Joseph 12,000, from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000. Re. 7:9 After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no-one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. Re. 14:6 Then I saw another angel flying in mid-air, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth — to every nation, tribe, language and people. The firstfruits of Israel are described as the 144,000 Israelites in Revelation chapters 7 and 14. Shortly after their description in Rev 7:4-8, you see in Rev 7:9 an uncountable multitude in heaven, from every nation, tribe, people and language; these are Christians that make the rapture. The 144,000 Israelites are the key to Christians being raptured. Also, shortly after the description of the 144,000 in Rev 14:1-5, Rev 14:6 shows an angel bring the eternal gospel to be preached on earth. To whom does the angel hand over the eternal gospel? The 144,000 Israelites! Christians of European heritage have been in the business of taking the gospel around the world. Why is it that from the 1990s they suddenly begin to get revelations showing them that Nigeria is the key to end-time revival? Since the Bible has it that the 144,000 Israelites will be responsible for the quick short work of God during the end time, it means that a good number of the 144,000 Israelites will arise in Nigeria. |

That seems to be the source of the doctrine of Purgatory (purging of sins) being upheld in the Roman Catholic Church. |

Over the past few years, I have dreamed about Hausas (Muslims) at war with Igbos again, and having upper hand against Igbos. Many other Igbos have also had similar dreams. I used to wonder why Hausas would war against Igbos again, since Igbos no longer have power and are not interested in struggling for power. This week, the reason for the up coming war becomes clear.
