We don't have powerful institutions that work independently, we only have powerful men that capture these institutions and do as they like with them. See what the are doing with INEC and the Courts.. appoint whom they like and use them like puppets.

The beauty of all of these tho is that the power you wield is only transient.. posterity would very well remember you by how you wield it.

The courts have shown that the easiest way for the government to have their way is to take your matter to court.. they simply receive an instruction from above to look the other way and collect money.

All these noise about NELFUND, they have only spent N2.5billion ($1.5m).. money that one governor would use to pay his children's school fees in one session abroad.. 🤔🤔 a governor in this country used over 600k Dollars to pay for his children school fees in kindergarten, even paid for unborn kids in advance.

If politicians and civil servants stop stealing the country money because they can, their would be enough funds to cater for the citizens..

But we are not ready for that conversation yet.

You can't build a legality on illegality. It won't stand. All of us including you want to see a society built on fairness, and freedom. Where institutions are strong enough to protect you and stand the test of time.

As a citizen, you are going to need that institution to be fair to you or someone close to you tomorrow.

See I don't care whom you support, it's within your rights and privileges as a citizen to do so.. but when you see white and decide that you want to call it black, you are not the only one that would face the repercussions, it's all of us. If you are so confident they voted the APC, then why alter the result at collation to favour a particular candidate.. Allow the process to run free.. the cheating may favour you today but you would need the free process tomorrow..

I'm over 40 and I lived through the times of the PDP in the government... the so-called mess they all enjoyed is what we are all still paying for today..

The least you can do as a citizen is speak against acts of evil and impunity..
