u should find out first, is the police system structured to promote anyone that has PhD automatically? As a public servant I know these things are never automatic, u earn them periodically through passing exams, so I don't think that the rule should be bent for anyone. If the police rule didnt state that anyone that has PhD gets promoted automatically they why would he be seeking sympaty online? He is even setting himself up for more punishment, I mean how can u be saying all these publicly when u should be pleading with ur employers internally

The Story.
My elder brother got married earlier this year...before the marriage, he was fully aware that his childhood friend[Michael] had dated his wife to be with sexx involved. The wife is the truthful type and lays everything bare. Michael is well aware that his ex [my elder Bros wife] is fully married to his friend[my brother]....My brothers wife and Michael recently reconnected again on social media and has since started up chats that "MAY" lead to them flirting. She shows my brother the chats and gives him every update. My brother is not happy with this development and is yet to communicate this to his wife.

Questions.

She is not dead, probably she is on coma but to me this is staged. Reason is they said she died and was moved to Mortuary, fresh known corpse is not used for Anatomy class. I understand some of your worries about my safety. Heart of a man is seriously wicked, that I know, but let's imagine what will happen the day this waiting time bomb will explode. I have seen some good advice here. I will try as much as possible to make a video of the incidence anytime it happens again. Take it to the local government, and report to the appropriate authority. I don't think my conscience will ever allow me continue my business that some people here are asking me to mind if I didn't do anything and something bad happens to this woman.

If Andy Uba had 200 thousand supporters and only 40 thousand came out to vote; that represents 20 percent.

If the entire Anambra eligible voters were 2 million and only about 200 thousand came out to vote; that represents 10 percent.

So Andy Uba had a good percentage turn out of his supporters. In fact he had the best percentage turn out.
