Good evening my people in the UK.
I contacted someone who advertised an apartment for rent in Facebook and below is the response I got. Please is this genuine or na scam format.

Thank you for your email.
You can rent my flat from tomorrow, for an indefinite period. The price per month is GBP600 bills included (gas, water, electricity, TV, parking and council tax).
Because I'm out of the city with work, I have a solution so you can move in as quickly as possible. I do not have the time to meet any potential tenants, so I choose Airbnb. I use the Airbnb service at the beginning to find a tenant.
So you can visit and rent the flat, I use the www.airbnb.com/trust platform. Airbnb offers an online platform that connects hosts who rent accommodation with guests who wish to rent such accommodation.
The Airbnb company requires payment of the first 2 months + a deposit of GBP600. This is requested at the beginning of the lease and refunded at the end of the contract (if 30 days notice is given). After these first 2 months, you transfer the monthly rent directly to my personal bank account.
You must book the first two months through the website. Once your booking is confirmed, the Airbnb representative will contact you to arrange the appointment and you can move in immediately.
The meeting will take place in the flat and he will give you the keys and sign the contract for the period of your choice (we will conclude a fixed rental agreement under British law from 2 months up to 10 years).
If at that point you are not happy with the property, no contract will be signed and you will be fully refunded the very same day.
All other details about you are welcome. I would like to rent the flat for someone who takes care of it.
I have invested a lot in this flat and I am sure you will love it.

I think that's it for the moment, I hope I did not forget anything.

Sincerely,
Lora Mayar!

Adebayo82:
Is it possible for somebody to pay IHS for family of 5 through form M. exchange rate is pocket tearing. when I use online calculator for surcharge is 705 pounds per person and I'm going to pay for main applicants and 4 dependent . Please I need a way out, can somebody shed more light.

My brother no way. You can only pay through the black market. Our government is making it hard to get basic things done in this country. May the lord repay them and their generation all the evil they have done to the masses in a million folds.

Esitelo:

So I asked this question earlier
My husband has been able to get PTA but in dollars with a one way ticket. He showed evidence that his school gave scholarship. So if your school gave a discount on the original tuition even if its 2000 pounds deduction, this serves as a scholarship.

Please which bank did he use?

MMXX:
Business men and women out there, I'd really like to know how you people cope with this much charges from banks.

I went out since morning to hustle only for me to come back with more shortage than I even left the house with, not a single profit for my struggle..I checked and boom bank charge crushed me.i never get this much ever

e pain me sha cry

Speaking from experience, bros UBA don rob you of your hard earned money. Go through your transaction history and multiply the number of transaction by 4NGN. They did this evil to me in 2018 and sent them a very hot email with CBN and EFCC in copy. They responded to me at the speed of light and called me themselves to resolve the issue. They refunded my money ooooooo. I suggest that you do the same.

Hello house, please I'm in a dilema and state of confusion right now and I need sound advise from experienced people here.

Me and my family supposed to travel two weeks ago but our covid 19 PCR test came out positive.

Though me and my spouse had malaria +1 and we are on malaria drugs and antibiotics given to us from hospital when we go for the test.
We have completed our Isolation and we have no symptoms whatsoever but when reading about retest online I came across a piece that said you can still test positive for covid 19 for up to 9 weeks even after recovery.

I want to go for another test this week and I'm scared.

For those that have gone through this kind of experience in the past, how did you do it?

Is there a kind of waiver for people who tested positive and recovered recently?

Is there another type of less sensitive covid test that is meant for people in this category and also acceptable by airline operators?

I look forward to your valuable advice.

Congrats dear
prettytorlar:
MY TESTIMONY IS HERE

Of a truth.... GOD HAS DONE THIS!

VISA ALERT!!!

Application: 13th August
Biometrics: 16th August
Collection mail: 23rd August
Pickup: Today
Visa type: Priority @ TLS Ikeja

I only provided the documents on my CAS (O'level 2008 and Degree certificate 2015).
I checked Oanda till the end of 29th day when I printed my bank statement because I only added a little above the actual amount... But GOD DID IT!

The process was smooth except for the part where POF wizards made me loose money (I'm still hoping for a miracle )
Thanks to the creator of this platform @justwise and to everyone that helps to give answers to questions asked for the free. Una too much❤️

"DELAY IS NOT DENIAL" kept ringing in my head throughout and I'm grateful to God Almighty for making it a success.

To everyone still expecting, May God make it a smooth one... We will all testify

I understand.
The slight difference in house number of the Nigerian one won't give you any issues then. [/quotez]

Thank you
