Confidence is high in the gunners camp. Dunno what the outcome of the match will be but i'm sure away goal is guaranteed for the gunners. However, lets have in mind that Montpellier is the current champion of French Ligue 1. Not gonna be easy but the gun must blaze tonight. Least I got, front page please... ![]() |
This is a critical issue...if you're not touched, pleased don't comment. Firstly, I would advice you apply wisdom in dealing with this. Even though you've endured a lot already, don't use violence. Honestly, I expected your hubby to have reasoned with you without you telling him anything. Let him consider your plight. The question is..is Nigeria that bad that a grandmother will be staying out for long? Suggest to him about making her mother very comfortable in Nigeria NOT in UK. But please, don't involve a third party to this yet. Good luck! |
I wouldn't have believe that a Chinese would win miss world with their short legs and arms. Congrates to her |

with my experience on Honda cars which ranges from unreliable a.c, leg problems, more fuel consumption and rustiness of some parts over time...i will gladly chose Toyota products. I make this decision because my office Toyota corolla which we have been using since 2006 is still sound and devoid of any problem listed above, despite the rough handling of the vehicle from all staff. Be wise! |
It all depends on prayer. Mine worked like magic having dedicated my NYSC to the service of God.I got my high paying job two weeks before P.O.P. It wasnt all roses when i started but with patience and dedication, i got promoted. |
@Jencejide I cant just find the like button, i could have hit it on your post. The whole team was poor on the day and that's because the boss has decided to continue playing Ramsey even when he's not inform. I have noticed that using four midfielders (Song,Rosicky,Arteta,Ramsey) warrants passing the ball to and fro within the middle of the park. This formation is ineffective as it doesnt allow free flow of ball to our attackers. This often result to misplacement of passes. And against a sharp opposing strikers, they prey on us. Recall the humiliation we had AC Milan. It almost happened against Everton when such formation was deployed but luckily for us, everton doesnt have such good attckers. Again, you may recall that RVP goals normally come from assist from the wings. When we have Gervinho/Ox at one corner and Walcott at the other, RVP prowess is fully utilize. Why cant AW continue with that winnning formation? The secret is that while Gervinho or Ox is dancing with the ball, more defenders shift attention to him leaving RVP all alone, and he scores. Having said that, I would prefer Benayoun in that midfield formation because he's more versatile and can switch to the wings if required. All hope is not lost, we must get it right starting on sunday against city. |

As emplyer of labour,I will take a third class graduate of Maths from a reputable university than most 2.1 in other courses where they are crowded in a classroom and copying each other in exam. Mathematics graduates so far have proved their worth in the labour market. I wont dwell much on this. Young man your grade on paper shouldnt deter you, rather, it should spur you to work harder. You should be courageous enough to walk up to that employer and challenge him to employ you and see what you can do with your brain and not certificate. Many have proved their worth that way and are being promoted higher than their mates with 2.1 However, you need not be told that you have to get to masters degree via pgd with you grade. It worths your time. Goodluck! |
What is all this bla bla about female lawyers...some cant even make a simple sentence in English language. Or is it because they have got degree in law at any of those universities begging for candidates. Well the truth is that whether lawyer or any profession, once she's not submissive nor reciprocate your love for her, forget it. @Op, I notice that your female lawyer is the type that carry their shoulder higher up. If she's looking down on you, forget her! ![]() If she feels she has better option than you, forget her! ![]() If she's not proud of you, forget her! ![]() If she's too independent and doesnt take your advice, forget her! ![]() If she doesnt say 'I love you too' at the end of your conversation, forget her! ![]() If she doesnt feel comfortable, warmth or eager to be with you, forget her! ![]() Thank me later... ![]() |
Nothing else is left unsaid in the win against N'castle last night. The performance was simply vantastic. You'll hardly single out a player as the best on the night. However, Gibbs was found wanting at his duty post even though he helped in attack. His positioning was awful which caused us the first goal.Ox also failed to live up to expectation especially in the first half. Unfortunately, he was substituted just when he discovered his rhythm. He wasnt happy with himself either. Vermalen even though he gave us the winning goal was guilty of misplaced passes which led to the first goal. If Rosicky can work on his shooting accuracy, then we've got a Messi on Arsenal shirt. Gervinho!...what has happened to this man i liked so much. Unlike Walcott, he gets worse when criticized. He's lacking passion and confidence. He was in a better position to score the winning goal but had to wait until Vermalen ran from a distance to slot it in,pity! No need mentioning the ball that came begging on his feet. Somebody should wake him up else Benayoun or Ryo will take his place for good. All others except the one's mentioned performed exceptionally, Wenger inclusive. |
Weldone Mr. Rosicky on your new contract, RVP to follow ![]() Commenting on his new deal, Tomas said: “It's a great honour to sign a new deal with Arsenal, I love the Club and am proud to wear the Arsenal shirt. It's felt like home since I arrived six years ago and I couldn't be happier to commit my future to the team. "The manager, my team-mates, the staff and the supporters - everyone plays their part in making this a great Club, and I feel privileged to be a part of it. I believe we have a really talented group of players and, together with the manager, the future looks bright. It's always been my goal to win trophies here at Arsenal, and I will fight hard to achieve my dreams here." |
This going to be a tough game knowing how dreadful Newcastle has been of recent and against Arsenal. They always make it difficult for the gooners. Thankfully, Joey Barton and Andy Carrol are no more there but Tiote has stepped into Barton's shoe. The strike duo, Ba and Cisse should be pinned down,Cabaye and Gueitemalli also should be tamed. Early goal will be decisive albeit a high score line. |

Wow! see history, Well Torres is still a world class striker as well as RVP. Just that chelsea dont know how to utilise its wings. |
The players have proved that they can do well under pressure. Obviously, they gave it all against spurs. If only they see all other opponents as rivals and take every other game as derby, maybe we will see more of the competitive spirit they showed yesterday. Criticism also spured Walcott to life. I have also observed that Arsenal games center on midfield. we dominated the midfield which led to the goals. Here is one area Wenger should look to strengthen in the summer. They were direct, focused and determined. You could see no one gave away possession while trying to dribble and impress the fans. Not much touches on ball and back pass in the game. I sincerely hope that Ramsey will learn from this. Having good bench also gives you confidence that somebody may come in to change the game. Almost like a dream that we were leading 5: 2 when Ox and Gervinho were still on the bench. Obviously, Harry lost hope when he saw the duo coming in. albeit, they couldn't do much. Now let us still support this team even though they may not impress as much in the next game. Wishing Rosicky and Verminator quick recovery. |
Delusional statements here and there, what a defeat can cause. We have got more Piers Morgan in this thread. Surprise to note that debo is in. Things cant go your way every time, only the strong can survive. More accusing fingers on Dudu. It's a shame, REALLY! Everybody is singing 7 years without a trophy as if it is all that matters. I started supporting Arsenal within this years of trophyless seasons. Not that i dont like glory but i enjoy myself watching Arsenal play beautiful football. SURELY, trophy will come but we have to show solidality to this team and manager at this trying time. No team is destined to win a trophy. Players are not only motivated by money, but passion from fans.Ask Samir Nasri, he will tell you that he left because Arsenal fans lack passion. Win a game and everybody will be happy, at defeat, they call for Wengers head and criticise all the players. Again, it is a shame.Well for me, I will continue supporting this team and manager until, trophy wining clubs start sharing money to their fan. RUBBISH! |
^^^ please dont quote me with that stupid comment you made there. Grow up! ideeot! |
Good coverage but not professionally done. The memory of Late Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu has come to stay for good. May his soul rest in peace, Amen. |
But seriously, you cant continue to do same thing and expect different result. In as much as we like Wenger, he should do the ryt thing before we occupy him. Ramsey has shown over and over again that he's not good enuff for 90mins. Start him from bench, he may pick his scoring boot from there. Theo is the original flash-in-the-pan, he seems worn out, why not give Ox a chance. Arshavin? quite talented but his body is too weak to propel his brain. 5-10mins is enuff for him. What can we say about Djorou when the only alternative is Le' squil. Song was crying for help and ended up having a bad game. He needed Arteta by his side not good old man rejected by CHELSEA. Mertesacker looks horribly, at times i stand to question his years of experience. He couldnt defend yet he couldnt tap in a ball to the net. Really having a bad day in office due to sleep and tumbling nite having lost to a lowly swansea when TOTOHAM is 10 points ahead. We need to change this weak forces in our squard while waiting for the return of Vermalen, Sagna, Santos, Wilshere and/or Gibs or Jekinson |

It has been revealed that this footbal club will turn things around. The name I dont know because i dont watch European football." ![]() |

duduspace:I always enjoy your indept analysis of events in this forum. Most of us visit the site just to read from you. keep up the good work and never be deterred by the likes of Dayokano and olabukola. Myself is a registered Arsenal fan and communicate with players and staff via twitter. AFC has come to stay. Not even relegation will reduce its fanbase to the likes of spurs, Aston villa worldwide. Its not by magic that snopdogg is a fan of AFC and sharing his royalty in Uk now. Been long i read from HNIC. He's also good. Debosky keep the spirit high, proudly too. You guys are da bomb. |
nothing less than 5:0 the confidence level must pick from here. |
I hate the show with passion, God forgive me for hating ![]() |
I never fancied staying in Lagos since my last visit in 1999 when i went for a school holiday. Then i was about entering secondary school. The whole place is just too noisy and congested for my liking. Any way, i sympathize with Fashola and good pple of lagosians expecially those that lost their love ones and properties. |
