It's like an affidavit of support or sponsorship letter. Ask if they have any particular format or sample. Ask if they mean a Statement of Account too for clarification

What does it mean when a school request a financial guarantee? Is it bank statements or affidavits?

As a prospective student, you must have been given a username and password to set up your student home profile.

Go to My.senecacollege.ca and set up your profile.

After setting up, click on Student Home, then click on active application, there you can accept your admission offer.

A friend was issued a visa around march this year, after paying for a flight and arranging for movement. A few days before departure, he got an email from the embassy to come on reaching Abuja his visa was cancelled based on tax. That his brother's company don't pay tax. Should he apply again using another statement?

Biko someone should explain that last part I circled for me.

You should go for a PGD.

If you had mentioned your course, I would have recommended universities and colleges for you.
