1. Right click on the file you downloaded.
2. Select Extract All
3. Choose location the to extract the folder to.
4. Check "Show Extracted files when complete"
5. Click Extract.
Option 2 if u have WinZip or WinRaR
1. Right click
2. Choose Extract Files...
3. Choose save location
4. Click on ok
Done!

@ Odilibe: Thanks for the clarification on BBC. On lyngsat it looks like a TV channel with audio channels below it but alas from what you say it may just be a brand heading for the audio channels.

@ King411:  I only have a 1.8m solid pan. If by 2.4m you mean mesh maybe I just might be able to catch ZNBC as gurus say 1.8m solid pan is close in gain to a 2.4m mesh. There are 8-way diSEqc available in sabon gari, kano. i bought two 8-way Diseqc switches in December when i went to kano.
