You are not doing anything wrong. The problem is that it is hard for non-US applicants to be accepted. My application was also rejected but later it got approved some months later. The best you can do is keep hoping you get accepted. Don't waste your time with US Mturk accounts, you will be caught in no time.

It's six months paid leave! After the leave, she's entitled to leave the office at least two hours before official closing hours irrespective o f her time of arriving the office. Sometimes, they come to the office only three times a week claiming nursing mother by the time her colleagues start complaining, two years have gone by already and she's pregnant once again and the cycle continues. She ends up doing nothing useful at the workplace for almost four to five years! Don't you just like the civil service?

Go and meet your house of rep, your senator e.t.c These people usually have one job slot reserved for them in different MDAs, you might be lucky they give you the slot. Keep pestering them. If not befriend rich kids whose parents are of Northern extraction, Katsina in particular, they just might help chip in a word or two to their Father, Alhaji or Uncle who is high up in the government circle.

And the most extreme one, befriend an Aisha, Amina, Hafizat e.t.c in her early/mid thirties whose Northern father is very rich and marry them , of course you have to become a Muslim for that to happen, shebi na you dey look for work. Watch how you are richly rewarded by the parent with good job, house and car, so that you can effortlessly take care of their daughter.

If you can not do any of the above, government work is not for you.

You have to fill the tax form as a Non-US resident. You can't receive any payment if don't fill the form.
Search on Google on guidelines on how to fill the form correctly. Don't mess up this chance oh...mturk is bae.
