An electrical engineer/technician can easily detect bypass from simple inspection. As for the meter, it doesn't record bypass although a NEPA technician might suspect a bypass if the unit is not changing at all over a period of time. Your account can be checked at the office for frequency of recharge. If you've been recharging N1000 monthly for example and for over four months you have not recharged, it's enough to suspect bypass.

Watching GoT a second time from Season 1 to 7 before they started Season 8, I discovered there were
not really much sex scenes but mainly nudity and most of it was even in Season 1 by the time you get to Season 2 and 3, most of it had died down. You won't even realize this as your focus would be more on how Joffrey is wicked, Danaery's rise from zero soldier to an army and three mighty dragons, how loyalty and honour of the Stark family members ended up getting them killed etc.

Men, that battle scene of episode 3 was off the hook. I started having pity on the living because the dead was just killing them anyhow. There was no way they could have overcome the Night King and his army. If not for suspension of belief because everything is allowed in movies, there's just no way Arya Stark could have sneaked up on the Night king just like that.
