Nigeria is not the property of Christians and Muslims alone, and should therefore not be using religious sentiment for government position. Read the article again, it's actually 12000 jobs youths being taught how to be pressing mobile devices. The 60000 is click bait. There's no real skill to be retained here. I really can't say, but it's beginning to seem like they've even found a way to tweak the meter reading. I recently moved to a new place, basic home appliances, but in less than a month, we had spent 29k recharging the meter!!

Call a qualified electrical engineer or technician to come and check your Home wiring. Someone is tapping electricity from you, using it anyhow and making you pay for it.

Seems the teacher is a Catholic priest of some sort (Order of the Capuchin Friars maybe ) with that habit he is wearing. Many of them take vows of celibacy and poverty, so things like salary, wealth etc means nothing to him. I am pretty sure large chunk of that $1M is going back for charity purpose.
