I think the issue is that some people cannot differentiate between the best player in an era and one whose play/style changed the game. MJ was better than Magic but in terms of on court dynamic Magic was the one who brought in the dynamic that a 6ft 9 player can play PG. Same thing with this last decade LBJ is hands down the best player of the decade but Steph changed the game drastically in the same decade, changing what used to be considered a bad shot into a good one.

As for the highly suspicious way the contract was done, it only shows how bad successive governments has been in Nigeria. One signed it, another settled it (IMHO to appease some camp/cabal),and the current government failed to take concrete steps as at when due to ensure that it never got to the level of getting to court. The current situation is as a direct result of previous administrations screwing up monumentally and the current one's failure and lack of proactive actions.
This government should know that governance is a continuum and it is the responsibility of any incoming government to try as much as they possibly can to undo whatever rubbish done by their predecessor. That is why it should never take any serious government 6 months to get a cabinet.

Oladipo plays Elite D, can create for himself and others and last but definitely not the list can hit clutch shots.

He is more like a near max player, but for the pacers they might have to pay the full max since they are not really a choice destinations for FA.

Right now especially in playoff situations oladipo gets off the board first if I am picking players. But if I'm betting on upside then Ben is definitely the choice.

As a fan I don't like seeing players just demand trades while under contract. That being said if the teams who also signed same contract can do so, I see no issues with players also having that right. Blake and CP3 just got traded while under contracts and nobody blamed the teams because everyone could see they made a decision for the benefit of their franchises. So also I will not begrudge a player who makes these decisions especially with the aim to try and get into a winning situation.
This upcoming season is going to be incredible anyways can't wait for it to start

T-hill is going to be available for the chiefs from day 1. Mahomes is going to continue to light things up.

You are quite right, his time bringing up the ball might drop to 1 out of 3, but the greater threat of Steph and Klay will mean he will never get double teamed and based on his numbers against double teams and the fact that he will have minutes on the floor where both Steph an Klay will be sitting, I still think he averages 25-26pts a night.

In an alternative universe where Giannis plays for GSW, IMHO his play will complement their ball movement offence. With due respect to the shooters on the bucks team, non of them are Steph or Klay.
Defences will not be able to collapse on Giannis when he brings the ball up for the simple fact that GSW shooters are always moving and cutting. When steph is running things his PnR with Giannis will be devastating especially because Giannis can not only roll to the basket he can pop and make the extra pass no matter how difficult that pass is.
I believe the fit will be more of a symbiosis, one where they all fit.

Speaking as a Spurs fan, Tim Duncan during the early 00's was a stone cold killer, boring but a killer. His ability to just get a bucket or a stop whenever his team needed it was just astonishing.
