strength here is measured by what it can do/carry or support , yes the hardness comes into play but the shape, size, positioning etc also largely contribute making the thigh bone the strongest.

Didn't want to comment at first but did you all notice something? Almost all these people on this list have their hands in the oil & G sector. What does that tell us? The sector had always been rigged(still is) to benefit a selected few over the vast majority of the populace. Oil just provided easy money for politicians an their fat chronies.

what it tells me is that they saw an opportunity and took advantage of the oil boom. Oil is still high but it's market is soon to collapse on the long run. there are new fledgling markets they are probably already considering investing in if they haven't already. a true business man always goes with the flow of the market.

Somehow our conversation got into giving clients raw source files (.eps and .psd) of a finished logo for free so clients can scale or modify a logo if they choose. I've always thought that source files were included, bc in my lifetime I've only ordered one logo, and it came with eps, psd, and pngs and jpgs of various sizes and color variations and it was included with the price of the logo. This guy blew me away, he believes in only giving clients png or jpgs of various sizes for free, if clients want source files he bills them extra.

This has to be the worst case of generalization ever, because of one experience with a person you labelled an entire industry, despite having a good experience before, which seems to have been neglected considering your conclusion.

anyway, I do provide source files for all my clients.,I am sure many do the same. the person in question is wrong only if he's fails to clearly explain to his client what is and is not included in their agreement. because its a contract for reasons best known to them a client may or may not choose to forgo certain elements as they see fit.

meaning his packages are flexible, perhaps aimed at clients with limited funds. the bottom line I think is that the client must be made aware of what he is going to get at the end as well as what he isn't.
