So I actually received the payment request yesterday, sent the proof and the form to feedback and info and had someone confirm the reception of the mail.


Called this morning and someone said my application would be attended to this week but the dispatch riders won't take it up until next week.

Called again this afternoon to know if it had been attended to and after the lady got my tracking id, she said my passport was received two days ago and should leave the application center by tomorrow.

She even gave me an air something something number to use to track it from tomorrow but ionno if it's a ups or dhl tracking number.

Pressure works.

Never. She's arriving Toronto later today and getting to the last destination at midnight

Hi guys, remember i said i didnt get the fourth mail and i havent gotten a mail that says VFS has received my passport. After many calls, a request to do a physical check on my passport at VFS and sending multiple e-mails, feedback just sent me a mail titled PASSPORT COURIER PAYMENT PROCESS. Na Ogun go kill these people!!!!

The embassy is now sending stamped passports in batches again. Like when they have stamped it, they hold some back to send when they like. So pathetic

After delaying my passport for 2 weeks after submission, the embassy spent another 2 weeks on it.Now it's a week after stamping and they re just so brutally dishonest and unprofessional. Why Why?? I have a feeling the passport is at the VAC, because the people that got stamped after yours have received updates since last week. Your tracking number has either changed or is no longer being updated .
Maybe when you call them tomorrow, ask if it’s possible for the tracking to not be updated or to change and explain your situation..

Please is there anyone whose passport got stamped last week and has received a collection mail from Lagos VFS? I didnt receive the fourth mail that says it's under process so I cant trust them to send the fifth

I just called Lagos VFS now (a lady picked) to ask how far about my Passport which I sent on Nov 5

She asked for my TRACKING ID , she confirmed and said "it's yet to be dispatched by IRCC, that IRCC dispatch Passports back to Lagos VFS in BULK"

She said my passport would get to Lagos VFS this week, then hopefully next week it would be ready for Pick up

I asked her why are people who Submitted their passports later than others are getting the passports back


She said,
"IRCC are not treating passports sequential i.e someone who Submitted his/her passport on Nov 10 can get his/her passport back before someone who Submitted on November 1"

So her response corroborate this statement IRCC dispatch Passports back to Lagos VFS in BULK

Well, the calls would continue to persist, cos am sure IRCC will keep receiving passports almost daily.

You can get it next week if your really disturb them the way I did. Send them a reminder mail every morning and evening. Copy that mail to communications@vfsglobal.com. Send your mails too to feedback.cannig@vfsglobal.com (notice that it isn't vfshelplines.com that we normally send to).

Go on Twitter and Facebook and look for VFSGlobal official pages and send them DMs every day.

Call their numbers too just to be sure.

Above all, don't book a flight for next week. Book for next two weeks (weekend).

My counterfoil was dated on Monday but got the mails on Tuesday. Didnt receive the fourth mail, tracker says in process at IRCC and even VFS told me this morning that it was already in transit from IRCC. What to do mahnnn?

I got that mail last week Thursday. I'm yet to get my passport till now. Give yourself one week and 3 days to be safe.

I feel like crying to be honest. Ethiopian airlines says on its website that one can change date once and pay just the difference in the fares but i called my travel agency now but they re saying i have to pay the change penalty. Thinking of requesting for a refund but it takes 10 business days. VFS Lagos is a bastard agency to be honest. I booked over one month in advance but still, they were being so so cruel

It’s a wrap for me! Just got my passport back too. Got PPR 20/11, so exactly two weeks for me too. I also stay in Abuja and used two way courier UPS.

This confirms Abuja is better to send passport to and two way courier is honoured. I paid 3700.

Hi Mz Wendy. I am relatively new here too but i'll just go basic. You sure would be allowed to work as a student but your working hours will be limited though. Although the popular opinion is that having a 2.2 in your Bsc limits your visa chances and you might want to go for a PgD instead, I know someone on this group who went for Master with a 2.2 and even got scholarship. It depends on a plethora of factors

I got the email saying it was being processed, then counterfoil and email saying that the decision envelope is in Abuja.

I told the lady I had paid and sent the proof and filled consent form and she said okay but a mail has to come from them first
