For instance that nonsense bail out fund and paris club refund that was more or less Father Christmas packages given to Governors to embezzle with no significant results vis a vis the funds given to them.

These are the funds i think should have been pumped into economy for it’s survival knowing fully well that there isn’t money on ground, hence all these incessant borrowing.
