It is a local problem with legal implications. The legitimate chairman had suspended everything about the primaries as at the time of the primaries. Not only APC members can challenge it. Candidates of other parties have the locus to challenge the legitimacy of his candidature.

that last election was even the mean reason everyone in APC want obaseki to go, he is not fit to be a leader.
