The case was not dismissed,Some APC members that don’t want him to clinch the party’s ticket discontinue the case because he was already disqualified by the party.Like someone replied you the case can start again at any given time because there are discrepancies as far as those certificates are concerned.

A letter against the conduct of APC primary was send to INEC by the legal acting chairman of the party and that letter have not been recall till now from INEC. What Victor Giadom did was stands according to law as at that time. Don't you think this will have legal implications later?

Like i have said NEC the highest organ of the party has made pronouncement and everyone is bidding by that pronouncement.Moreover after the meeting a lot of things have happened,if the letter Giadom wrote to INEC has been recalled you don’t know.Let us keep calm and watch out for September 19th.

It is a local problem with legal implications. The legitimate chairman had suspended everything about the primaries as at the time of the primaries. Not only APC members can challenge it. Candidates of other parties have the locus to challenge the legitimacy of his candidature.
