I took side with what both of you have said above.

I don’t know about Akpabio having something to show during his years in office, but Victor Attah clearly was the best governor Akwa Ibom State ever had for many reasons.

When Victor Attah became governor of Akwa Ibom State in 1999, Akwa Ibom State was a jungle and a forest. When you wake up in the morning, all eyes could see were bush, wilderness and rainforest. Roads that were visible could hardly fitted two cars.

The citizens deserted the state to Lagos and out of Nigeria—many never returned.

Return for what reason?
There were no private sector jobs anywhere in the state and if you see someone with a pay check, that person was a government worker. And if you lived in a village, you probably have never seen a car in your life. That was how bad Akwa Ibom State was before 1999—the year civilian government replaced military rule in Nigeria

But the emergence of Victor Attah in 1999 as the state governor changed everything in Akwa Ibom State forever. Under governor Attah, linking all the 31 local governments with network of roads became a reality. Several five stars hotels began to emerge. International Airport came in town. Football stadium was built. And several private sector jobs began to spring up everywhere in the state. And so were gainfully employment opportunities for locals.

This was followed by returned of citizens to the state in large numbers.
These developments began to slow down when Akapbio and Udom took over the state.
The chart below shows how Akwa IIbom State has fallen since Akpabio and Udom took over the management of Akwa Ibom State.

So, I am going to stop here for today, but I will in future expand on how Victor Attah rescued Akwa Ibom State.

It's now time for Igbos to find a way to use Wikevie as an example to other northern slaves in the former eastern Nigeria. He should be made to pay dearly! Right now, his murderous activities at Obigbo is enough to be used to sully whatever that is left of his reputation globally. Efforts should be made to get him arrested once outside Nigeria. His presidential ambition is already in tatters! But still, he should be made to pay dearly for his crimes against humanity! Wike has been demolishing Igbo businesses in PH four 4 years now, which was why I personally felt IPOB were insane to be supporting him before Obiigbo.
Those so called illegal structures were not created by Igbos, they were sold to them by Rivers indigenes who still collect tax from them everyday on behalf of Obio/Akpor and PHLGA.
No Igbo man came from East and just construct a roadside selling spot in Port Harcourt on his own accord.

When Wike demolish those structures, Igbo traders will lose, his Rivers touts will obviously loot the shops of the absent traders majority of who are at home for Xmas. I bet Wike want to use those goods as palliatives to the touts who those makeshift shops feed daily in form of taxes they collect there. But the Igbo traders will recover eventually, however his Rivers touts who survive on taxes from those structures will not. And that would mean more restive youth in your Rivers.[/s]

Lagos is also a very dirty place aside the Island, it is usually flooded and full of slums. Oh, I forgot Makoko (Africa's largest slum) is in Lagos coupled with the Awawa Boys, and One million Boys that rob people daily even after pre-informing them (this can't happen in PH).

If PH has reprobates Lagos is full of psychos. The average Lagosian has an underlying mental issue but denies it in a bid to console themselves that's why you hear cases of fights on the road between drivers, and also with law enforcement officers.
