A thief would hijack a car on a flatbed that has been bolt on the flatbed and takes around 30minutes to unbolt and offload from the flatbed.

The vehicle (accord) in question doesn't have the keys in the ignition point so how will the thief's even produce a fresh key in time without the transponder incase its thumb start.

Ok so they hijack the flatbed and kill the driver, AA rescue truck has tracker and is being monitored failure of the driver to report in every hour alarm blows. Besides which thief would hijack a flatbed that will be flagged down by police and customs at every checkpoint and it's easy for police to identify a certain yellow and black flatbed conveying a car they rarely see on the road (Accord) when alarm blows of the vehicles change of course

Unless AA is guaranteeing full insurance while it is in their possession all for 322k...remind me how much is diesel again? 650 naira per litre?. .. Multiply that by the number of litres that flat bed will use from Lagos to Abuja and check how much go remain for driver miscellaneous expenses, company profit, b4 u talk about full insurance .. .my point is he should categorically get a written undertaking of insurance from them and not just assume what they told him by word of mouth

If he had done comprehensive insurance which includes 3rd party, he won't be sweating over a less than 12-hour journey as opposed to a 3-day flatbed journey..

There are reputable mechanics here who can service the vehicle for him and even get the vehicle across to him in perfect state...

Besides,AA is too reputable for all these stories and I think what they charge should have an insurance package in it.

I have seen brand new Lexus jeeps being driven in convoy from Lagos to Abuja.. Those guys won't stop for even Satan himself.. Na one pass, all must pass dem dey do... no slacking, no waiting, no one gets left behind.. And these are vehicles that each are worth more than 40m

In fact I can say that your car is more likely to meet misfortune if trucked than if driven to Abuja

In the light of going smart I prefer a tv box dan most overrated smart tvs in d market.
As an average user i make use of a cast device to turn my tv to smart. The only drawback is d limitation of Netflix for now.
