[quote author=festacman post=114478729]Likely she was never fully fit for our match against South Africa. If she was then she brought this injury to herself by playing half-heartedly. In my opinion, at this point and with her current attitude, she is placing FC Barceloba above wearing Nigeria's jersey. May be playing without her will help.[/quote Blessing in disguise |
Make this man fem with em mumu prayers abeg,we need actions not all these jaga jaga talk.In all truth and sincerity. You've got an ass in place of a brain. If you can't grow wise, endeavor to at least buy wisdom. But yet another sad reality; wisdom is really way beyond your reach, grasp or comprehension. It's really a pitiable state to be in. I sympathize with your ailment. Ndoo |
Jennyclay:Please study thy Bible and quote it rightly. Christ knew His purpose on Earth. He knew he would be crucified. He even informed his disciples ahead of time, what would befall him in Jerusalem. At the garden of gethsamane, he asked his Father if the "cup"(suffering, crucifixion and death on the cross) would pass away(taken away. Averted) from him. But yet, he submitted to the eternal will of his Father and God, and willfully gave himself to the cross. |
God is indeed Love. But in truth, and according to the Bible, He does not answer ALL prayers. *Ps. 66:18: If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me. *Prov. 15:8: The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord: but the prayer of the upright is His delight. *Prov. 21:27: The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination: how much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind. *Prov. 28:9: He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. John 9:31: Now we know that God heareth not sinners... God does not hear, talk less of answering the prayers of sinners. The only prayer of the sinner that God will hear and answer is the prayer for salvation. This is what ushers a person in into the realm of praying and receiving from God. |

gbenga4sure:1. NIMC servers have been down for over two weeks now, as someone rightly said already. Owing to ongoing maintenance being carried out. 2. Did he provide them with his BVN when enrolling? Certain BVN are already linked to the NIMS, thus what is needed for such is Modification, and not direct enrollment 3. He should ask them to carry out a Verification on his details. This may help to ascertain the issue. |
FutureIsFemale:Did the perpetrators think of this, of the consequences, if and and when it gets to the open? |
iwaeda:Why are we even bothering ourselves with this? It's clear as crystal. The present Nigerian Government is the Chief Terrorist and Bandit. No two ways about that. Believe it, doubt it; it's your cup of coffee. The truth will always be the truth; and will always be bitter in most cases; but only to the washed and twisted. Feel free to react. #icareless |
InvestorO:Do not bother. She'll be alright. Happened to someone I know too too well, ages ago. Got boiled on the lower abdomen, pelvic area, and laps, at the tender age of 5months. He pulled through. And became perfectly okay. Just the burn marks may still be seen. Just trust in God. All will be well with your niece. God bless |

NaWeDeyHere:Please, next time, try to act as if you are a little bit wise at least. Don't equate Christianity with this. Thanks |

CALLED TO GLORY (PART 2) Roman 8:30; “Moreover, whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified” We understand that God’s calling for His children is to glorify them. Why then the lack and evident absence of glory in the health, marriage, family, finances, ministry and other affairs in the lives of so many believers? The answer is simply because they are not *shining*. The secret to glory is shining. And the secret to shining is light. God tells us we are lights in the world (Matt. 5:14), to shine in the darkness of this world (Phil. 2:15). When you have a light at night, and don't switch it on, you remain in darkness, only when the light is switched on, will you see and know things. Many believers have refused to switch on this light which is within them, and as such, the darkness (issues, problems, barriers, bondages and limitations) of this world still holds them under subjection. Only a light that is shining can subdue all darkness (John 1:5). Many believers are simply not shining. They have relegated the light in them to the background. As children of God, we are expected to glorify Him with the light that we carry (Matt. 5:15-16). If your life is not glorifying God as a believer, then do not expect any of God’s glory to be reflected in and through you. The moon positions itself to receive light from the sun in order to reflect same. Likewise, we must position ourselves rightly in the Word and will of God, before the glory which the Word talks about can be revealed and reflect in our lives. The greater light the moon receives from the sun, the brighter it will shine. So also, the greater revelation we receive from the Word of God, the more glory manifests around us. Ours is a kingdom of principles. Once you apply the principles, you get the same results embedded in them. If you desire glory in any area of your life, shine as the light you are. Remain ever blessed. Our God is an Awesome God. |
CALLED TO GLORY (PART 1) Roman 8:30; “Moreover, whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified” The end point of the call of God on every believer is glory. From the passage we see the following; God foreknew and predestinated us even before we came to the world. He called us, by bringing the Word to us. At the point of accepting the Word, we get justified. This is the actual point of salvation. Then as we work and function in the Word, our lives are to be a revelation and manifestation of His glory. Sadly, many believers stop at justification, which is the point of salvation. Many believers face diverse levels of hardships and suffer much misery. They are beaten and battered by situations and negative circumstances in their health, finances, marriage, family, relationships, business, career, ministry and all other aspects and affairs of life. In such conditions, there is nothing in their life resembling glory, not to talk of God’s glory. We are not referring to times of trials of faith which believers necessarily go through at some point, to emerge stronger and brighter, but about real and manifest bondage in the life of God’s children which weighs them down heavily and they have no answer or solution to. The reason for this is the absence of glory. Glory connotes authority, victory, triumph, dignity, honor, peace and rest in a man’s life. The absence of glory in a person’s life opens doors to all kinds of physical, material and financial hardship, disappointments, spiritual stagnation and other forms of bondage. Salvation is a means, and not an end to itself. Salvation is wholesome and good. It initiates you into a godly family. It grants you access and the prospect to a world and life of fulfillment here on earth. It secures your eternity in the hereafter. But it is dangerous for a Christian to only get saved and decide to just rest on his/her oars at that point. There is a place I choose to call “Beyond Salvation”. The Christian faith is a walk, and also a work. It is not an idle dormant life. We did not do anything special for God to predestinate us to be conformed to the image of His son (Rm. 8:29). Neither did our self-righteousness or personal holiness attracted His call and justification, which brought us salvation (Rm. 5:8/ 1 John 4:10). But to see true and lasting glory in our lives, we must first glorify the Father with our lives. Only when your life gives glory to God, is His glory reflected in your life and all that concerns you. The Bible has laid out ways in which we can attain to this glory. That is the walk, and work of faith, according to His Word. It is our responsibility to work out our glory while walking the path of salvation (Phil. 2:12-13) OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD In the next episode, we shall continue with principles provided to guide us into manifestations of divine glory in our daily lives. Remain ever blessed |
