I recently bought a tokunbo 2009 Rav4. I have observed the fuel consumption to be on the very high side.
For example it requires 20litres of fuel to Lagos Island from Magodo and come back without air conditioning.
Its an I4 engine no check engine light is on I scanned it but didn't throw any codes

Pls is 20ltres of fuel for such distance not too much?
Please what can I do.

The guy above you is right.. c250 is a turbo charged 1.8 liter 4 cylinder engine. Without 4matic.
So do well to go see the car my brother before posting. If it has two exhaust (v6) with 4matic, it's a c300. If it has two exhaust without 4matic, it's a c350. I know cos I own a c300.
Dealers just stick nonsense behind the car.. so be sure yourself.

As for price.. as long as it's clean, your price is about right.

I seriously need help with suggestions on what to do.

I have this Avensis 2004 model that consumes plenty of fuel. The mechanics that have attended to the car keep telling me that they have done what should be done yet same issue.

Mostly what they do include:
1.Servicing of the nozzle
2. Air filter
3. Change plugs.

Please I would be most greatful for useful suggestions to a final solution for this issue.
