A president, or a govnr, who under the foolish constitution of being immune to the law, will give orders directly to the judges on seat to overturn certain judgements. Only a judge who can really dare, will oppose such entity. And biliv me, he will loose his job without d govt being indicted!

And keeping ur job with some little cash will make most judges accept. With d clear knowledge that the entity is above the law!

But if this clause is gone, any wayward president, or govnr cld be set up with the right evidences and sentenced.
